We needed our house exterminated. Cory A. Arrived and did a great job. He was efficient and professional. Great service!

The technician; Vance Lunt was on time, asked about any special needs and responded by treating for ants that I told him about.

Nathan M came out promptly and was thorough in spraying around all my doors and windows.

I have always received great service from Bulwark. This is the first time I had Tyler Van Mierlo out. He was very pleasant and accommodating. The whole staff at Bulwark is outstanding. I am on a plan and will continue using Bulwark.

Ryan arrived 15 min early and rang the doorbell exactly at the 8:00 am appointment time. He inquired about any issues that we might be having and presented solutions and thoroughly explained them. My wife wanted this service and I didn't at first. After witnessing Ryan's work and listening to him explain what he was doing I see the value in the service and feel like we have a tech that cares about customer service. I would recommend Bulwark for anyone looking for a pest control service. We have been a customer for 3 months

It went great! Tech Matthew W. came and sprayed where I needed him to. He explained to me what I should be seeing over the next few days. Treated the whole house and area around it. Haven’t seen any scorpions or spiders inside in a few months since.

Chris Pate was our tech and did a fantastic job! He made sure to explain everything he did and asked about all the pests we had been seeing. He also had to step through kid forts to get to where he was going so he was one brave guy! Thanks for coming and spraying even with 3 little girls staring at you the whole time and answering their questions.

We are long time monthlycustomers (8 years) and have always been satisfied with Bulwark's service. When Andrew came today to spray the interior, he realized that we were due for our regular monthly exterior service so performed that at the same. He listens well, and has great customer service attitude and skills. Thanks Andrew!

We were serviced by Fantasia this morning and she was a delight! She made sure to explain everything that was being used and exactly what it will do (I have a scorpion problem). She was attentive and very informative, which is always a relief! The thing that was above and beyond for me as a pet owner, was the fact that she went out of her way to let me know it was okay to let my pups out of their kennel (they are only put in the kennel when people I do not know come over because some people do not like dogs, let alone ones that bark and jump at you out of excitement). That absolutely did it for me. She made me and my pups feel comfortable and that is extremely important to me. After the service she informed me of what could happen after and if there are any questions or concerns, to contact them. Fantasia was amazing and I will be requesting her from now on. P.S. If the company reads these, your cards should not say "...and give him a good review." You clearly have women working for you and should change that immediately.

Since moving into a new-build community a few months ago, I have started to see a variety of bugs intermittently. Alexander came to my house to do an initial treatment - sprayed the inside of the house and sprayed a perimeter around the outside. He called to let me know when he'd be at the house and arrived when he said he would. His service was professional and informative - particularly appreciated realistic expectations that it might take a treatment or two to stop seeing any live bugs, and appreciated that he told me when to call again if the house needed another spray before the next scheduled treatment. Price is reasonable for services provided. Looking forward to seeing how effective the long-term bug control is.

Great! Our technician, Robert Nunez, was great. He was friendly and did a great job.

We are using Bulwark routinely every 6 weeks for external pest control since 2009. The technicians hereby spray a barrier around the house which most of the time worked very well to keep insects away. The nice thing about Bulwark is that the same technician (in our case Kenny and Damian) services a property for an extended period of time which ensures familiarity with the grounds and the requirements. Meanwhile they also send text messages when they are on their way which helps us with better planning We had very few issues over the years, maybe to be expected as we are living in a desert, however Bulwark was always approachable and send somebody out to assess and address them within a short period of time. The office also follow-up afterwards via phone to make sure that things have been properly addressed.

Joel Robertson has been treating our home for years now. We know longer see scorpions in the home and we are pretty much bug free. We couldn’t be happier with Joel. Besides doing a great job at our home, he is on time, extremely courteous, and makes himself available if needed. 5+ star customer service. Thank you Joel!

Excellent! Curtis H. was our tech. He asked if we were having any specific problems that he could pay special attention to while spraying our yard. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the products used. Excellent service each time Bulwark comes to our house for our bi-monthly service agreement. The company texts with an appointment time slot and replies promptly with a rescheduled date if necessary.

That remains to be seen. If we get no more scorps, it went well. Aside from that, the tech (Robert Nunez) was excellent. He listened well, asked good questions, and did just what I asked hiim to do. Very professional.
