Bulwark has been great!! They're super easy to work with and have been very responsive, consistently following-up after a treatment has been performed. It took about four treatments to get rid of the crickets in my new-construction house; their team educated me at each step why it might take a few treatments and what I should reasonably expect to see. William was the technician who used the technique that ultimately solved the problem, and he continues to be the technician that we use. He is FANTASTIC - very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and truly seems to care about his job. Overall, really just love this company! Could not recommend more highly.

I have been very impressed with this company from the beginning. Their timing has been amazing. The first interaction is what I would like to post about. The day I signed up my family and I was having dinner. I saw some bugs in the house so I told my wife I was going to call a pest company once dinner was done. As we were cleaning up, we had a knock at the door (literally 5-10 minutes away from calling another company). The guy introduced himself, mid-pitch I asked for him to come in a sign us up. Simply expecting a service, the price point was right where I was expecting. The service, on the other hand, has been some of the best service I have ever received from a service company. They are doing something right.

Jose Vegara was prompt, friendly, professional, and answered all our questions. He not only treated the inside of the house bit outside as well. We have been using Bulwark for 13+ years and have been pleased with their services.

They were able to come same day, and called to see if it was okay to come earlier than scheduled. Tyler Van Mierlo explained the process and what he was going to use, the dry time, safe for our pets, the chemicals and that some bugs may run out because of the treatment. He sprayed inside and out, even put a gel (safe away from the pets) for the ants to take back to the colony. He was very nice and professional. Highly recommend their service! Thank you!
