Bulwark Exterminating-Mesa

We've used Bulwark Pest Control for several years. Our favorite technician had to leave the company. Her replacement, Charles Cadwallader, came with her the last time she came so she could show him the ropes. He came by himself today. After calling 30 minutes earlier, as is my ongoing request, he arrived and did his thing. Very nice, friendly and efficient young man. I would like to give him a great review.

Bulwark is a top notch company and Jason Smith, the technician, is top notch as well. Jason doesn’t just show up and spray around the house, he takes the time to find out if you had any issues in between service calls and explains what he is going to do and why. We have dealt with the “big name” pest control companies in the past but Bulwark and Jason Smith has them all beat. They have earned my respect and my business.

Very satisfied. The inside of the house is sprayed first. The employees always put on shoe covers before entering the house. Next the exterior of the house is sprayed. The job is usually completed in less the 30 minutes. Jose V. who served our home was very polite. Introduced himself before beginning any work. Changed all the bug pads in the garage and asked if we needed anymore. While spraying, asked if we notice any bugs in the house and what kind we see. The Bulwark Exterminating company is very efficient when you need to be scheduled for a service. The employees, both on the phone and on site are always very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Matthew Henderson was great. He arrived on time and texted me when he was on the way. He serviced the exterior and garage and even sent me a reminder to close garage and lock the gate.

The ticks were eliminated with two visits, timed according to the tick life-cycle. (We also treated the dogs with an appropriate product recommended by our vet.) Regular maintenance visits have kept the ticks away & kept the tiny ants in our yard from taking over the pool area. Our current tech, Matthew Henderson, is very good — he texts in advance of arriving as requested, and he's careful to close & latch the gate afterwards.

Joel Robertson has been our tech for years and has always been personable and professional. We recently moved from Wittmann to Morristown and are very happy that he continues to take care of us. Joel's methodical approach is to create a barrier around the exterior of the house and garage when he sprays. Stopping bugs on the outside, eliminates them as an attractive food source for scorpions, on the inside. Living in a rural area, such as Wittmann, tests this approach every day. My experience is that Joel and Bulwark provide a very effective service, due to their knowledge, experience, and use of high quality insecticides applied at concentrations appropriate for our area. I recommend Joel, without reservation.
