Austin has been a great service tech for all our pest control needs outside and inside, professional courtesy and knowledgeable when we had questions about type of service we needed also puts sticky traps in places where appreciate. Highly recommend him and his quality of service

Exterminator was very knowledgeable and gave me tips to help. He was very thorough inside the house and in the yard. Told me if I didn't see a reduction in 5 days they'd come back for free to retreat. The entire inside of house was sprayed, the outside of house, along the fence and sheds, pellets sprinkled in yard and a bait box in shed for mouse/ rat.

We have been using Bulwark pest service since 2002! Their product helps keep away those nasty scorpions! Over the years we have had different techs, non of whom is as professional as Bronson! He is very reliable and is conscious of our needs and is social distancing! He is even an educator of sorts by answering all of my "bug" questions!

Kelly Emig came out for the first time, did a thorough check for the loaned rat traps, performed a heavy spray, and made sure all the perimeter gates were locked up. He is very personable and professional and that's the best customer service possible. Thank You Kelly!

Contacted several companies & selected Bulwark Exterminating primarily because of face to face & text interaction with Curtis Hansen, one of the service technicians. He is polite, well informed & an effective communicator. I have a severe weed problem & that service had to be delayed today because of the already heavy rain & forecast for more rain. Curtis did an excellent job both in explaining why it would be best to delay the weed treatment & then in explaining & applying the pest treatment.

Carl is a new technician to my house. He did a very thorough job and I saw how hard he worked outside getting all the spider webs off my house after he sprayed inside and outside. Very professional.

What surprised and was thoroughly appreciated was when he returned to his vehicle to secure a "dust mop" to clear spider webs from the upper reaches of the patio! Aaron Davis always does a great job. Always answers my questions and take care of any concerns i have. Most importantly no scorpions or other pests. Zach K did a great job today also and appreciated his customer service skills - did his job enthusiastically.

Excellent! Our tech, Joel, arrived on schedule (quarterly) and thoroughly created a perimeter spray barrier around our home. Joel is very careful with his spray, avoiding the yard furniture and ornamentation, while making a seamless prevention zone. We know, from experience, Joel's work is very effective and we never have to spray inside our home. We will be calling him again.

The company Bulwark is very professional and responsive. Charles is our spray-man. He is great...efficient and also very nice.
