I received pest control services from James Prater. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing, and made friendly chatter. The whole process was seamless. He even ended the service with a picture text of my fence showing it was closed and locked. Having a dog, this meant a lot. I will definitely be recommending James and Bulwark to friends.

Carl was our exterminator and he was wonderful. He was polite, professional and was able to answer all our questions. We do have psycho dogs and he easily worked with us as we moved them from one place to another so he could do is job.

Amazing! Zach K and John C. came out and explained what the new pests were and why they just appeared. Reassured me that they were harmless and would not cause damage or issues, just annoying. Also to note: This was a respray. Most of these new pests that showed up, were already dead trying to cross the spray boundary that was established about a month ago. They sprayed inside and out. Zach even helped me get a spider out that i noticed but couldn't reach!

We have used Bulwark Exterminating for pest control for over 7 years now. We consistently have the same technician, Austin Munn. I love the personalized service we get by having the same person show up each time to service our house. He always asks how the previous treatment worked and if we are having any issues. This past service, we had a recent problem with a rat that was seen in our yard. Austin put traps up immediately and the rat was gone within 3 days. We frequently have other pest control companies asking us to change to their service and I am always quick to say that I am satisfied with the job Austin is doing. He works diligently to make sure our encounters with scorpions are limited/rare and is always willing to take the extra step to make sure I am satisfied with the service provided. He always reminds me that I can call anytime for an additional service at no extra charge if needed, which we have utilized on a few occasions with good results.

Carl was prompt, listened to our needs, asked insightful questions and addressed all of our concerns. We are relieved about the thorough service because living on the mountain brings many critters, including scorpions, but also we want to make sure our home is safe for children, animals, and gardening. Carl was able to use a more natural treatment with these things in mind, and use special traps and strips for areas where we needed more protection from a specific insect. Bulwark Exterminating came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Carl, for incredible service!

We have been with Bulwarks Pest Control for about 6 yrs now. Austin Munn has been our "pest guy" the entire time. He is extremely professional, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. He actually takes care of another of our properties as well. He is always willing to discuss solutions to any pest problem. He has eliminated the roaches for our home and kept them away!!

As usual our technician, Jason Smith, did a superb job and provided us with a summary of actions taken and status of applications used and traps re-baited. Jason is always a true professional. He engages when he arrives to determine if there is anything that we have noticed that he would need to address outside his normal routine and then provides a text message after he has completed the work to make sure that we know what had been done and seeking feedback if there is anything additional we think was required. I have an excellent service technician. Carl Carbone. He is mannerly, low-keyed, diligent, and very thorough. He takes longer to do the service, but that is in my interest. He makes sure that the quality of his job is excellent. in other words, he isn't trying to get "X" number of customers completed. Instead, he makes each of us feel special. I am very impressed

Jason did his usual great job. He was on time , asked if there were any new problems and proceeded with his work. He made sure to follow distancing protocols and everything went great.
