Usual outstanding service from Kenneth Workman (06-17-2020). Kenneth always treats residence thoroughly. Never have a scorpion problem after Kenneth comes. Kenneth always asks if anything needs special attention or treatment. VERY, VERY impressed and pleased that Kenneth wore a full coverage face mask (COVID-19 outbreak in Maricopa County), and maintained social distancing beyond the required six feet. No complaints, highly recommend.

Awesome. They come bi-monthly and come anytime I call and ask for a follow up spray if I need it. My guy, Joel, is very considerate. He always asks if we need anything specific and have we seen anything that concerns us. He has done follow up sprays as well and always shows up punctually.

Jacob E performed my service today. He was thorough and left me several glue traps to use to identify any pests that may get through the treatment.

Cory Abbas from Bulwark Exterminating visited my home in-between treatments because I was seeing a lot of pest activity and I have not been able to utilize my pool due to the wasps. He educated me regarding the type of treatment he was going to use in the pool to repeal the wasps and diligently sprayed inside and outside of my home. He was respectful, utilized a mask and foot covering to protect himself and my family (without me having to request)! Thanks again Cory!

Found Bulwark Exterminating via Groupon and very glad I did. First, the gentlemen on the phone was very nice then the technicians did a stellar job explaining the service, the goal and the steps. Both Cory and Kevin spent the time doing a detailed, professional job. I could not be happier with the service received. Plus, using Groupon as the introduction allows for a cost-efficient way to determine if the company is the right choice. I will be using them in the future for all pest control needs.

Wonderful! Tyler was quick and efficient. He also made sure to let me know that my gate was shut. That is always a concern for me as we have dogs.

I've been with Bulwark for several years. Nicholas Arkills has been our technician for a while now, and he's worked with us and we've come to trust him to let us know what needs to be done for different problems we face. He understands our neighborhood, and the types of pests and the different seasons they appear. I would and do recommend him to our neighbors.

Service tech Jose Vergara and assistant provided good service for exterminating outside perimeter of house. Informed him that we recently had an influx of scorpions trapped in the glue boards inside house/garage. Glue boards were replaced.

Extremely well. We have used (and recommended) this company for about 15 years or more and have only been very pleased with their work. Their technicians are consistently pleasant, professional, and thoughtful. In the past, we had rodents in our roof, and their technician went above and beyond to squeeze into the small nooks of our crawl space to help solve this challenging problem. Here is a more recent example of how they take extra care and time to do great work: their technician, Cory Abbas, cleared and cleaned up the spiderwebs near our front door in addition to treating our home for pests.

Austin Munn was excellent in informing me about the bugs we saw at our house. He addressed all of our concerns and sprayed for the bugs that weren't wanted. We have been with Bulwark for about 2 yrs. They always have excellent customer service. They are quick to come out when needed too. I highly recommend them.

We have been a long standing customer of Bulwark Exterminating. This was a call back because we had started seeing scorpions, ants and centipedes. Bulwark responded by sending out Heath Kelley within 2 days of when I called. Heath was very professional, om time and most gracious. We normally use Chris Pate and he also treats us the same way. It turns out that Chris Pate trained Heath Kelly, so, good job gentlemen. The call back was free as that is part of Bulwark's service guaranty. Keep up the good work Bulwark, and I would definitely recommend!

Heath was our service provider. He was great. He answered our questions, went back a second time to look at those areas where we told him we had issues, and was very thorough and polite.
