Chad Sample of Bulwark Exterminating was professional and thorough on handling the scorpion problems we recently were having. Chad discussed the solutions he was going to provide and educated us on how to minimize attracting scorpions. He came back twice this week to assure our property was covered well to eliminate the scorpions. Chad was personable and friendly. The customer service and the representatives we did talk to were very helpful and professional. I was bitten by a scorpion and its not fun. It was important to me that my pest control company have a thorough plan to eliminate this pest. Thank you, Bulwark.

It was splendid. Hunter text me 30 minutes before his arrival. He rang the door bell, when I opened the door he was standing there with a big smile and well dressed in his company’s apparel. He introduced himself we went over what he was going to do then he procedure to his work. He set a mouse box and took a picture, then he secured the back door and took a picture. He forward the pictures to me with notes. I have been with these guys for over a year now and I plan to continue with them. I am one happy customer.🙏😊🙏👍🏻🙏

Service tech, Jose Vergara always does an outstanding job to help control the pests around our home. He follows up by sending pictures taken of areas that have been serviced and additionally treated areas around the water/sprinkler boxes as potential area for pesky pests. Kudos to Jose for providing a thorough service!

The company always asks if there are special areas that need attention and has on a few occasions returned The same day or next when I forgot to specify new issues. Very knowledgeable about pest issues, too.

Cody Miller did a very thorough job. He removed spider webs and sprayed the entire perimeter of my house plus additional spot areas. Also checked all bait traps for rat activity and restocked. Very knowledgeable and so nice to work with. Bulwark always notifies you prior to arrival. They are very dependable. It’s very helpful to have Cody each month since he knows my property well.

Great service. I called about a rodent issue and Bulwark got me an appointment the next day. The Pest Pro Bernard arrived within the time allotted. He was very informative and educated me on pests, the service he was providing and how pests got in my house. He was terrific. Friendly and professional. Wore a mask the whole time.

I apprecaite my service tech, Bernard, confirmed the day before my scheduled treatment. He also called in the morning and let me know he was running ahead of schedule and would be able to arrive early if it fit my schedule. It did and I was able to leave for my day or errands earlier which was nice. While here, Bernard listened to my concerns of a recent new favorite place for ants on my driveway and also about my request to not treat the two openings to my crawlspace or front plant areas since that's where my cats spend 90% of there time. After the treatment was complete, Bernard rang the bell and let me know what he did and reiterated that he found the new ant party zone and also avoided the cat party zone. He is a great employee and I hope Bulwark rewards him for his excellent customer service.

Very well! Joel R. arrived as scheduled and carefully, yet thoroughly, sprayed the exterior perimeter of the house. He cautiously avoided the patio furnishings and small plants and reclosed the gates. Great job and at a competitive price.

My serviceman, Ronnie Guillermo, provides service to the exterior of my home on a regular schedule. He is prompt and efficient and, most importantly, I do not have problems with roaches, ants or other insects inside my home, which was a problem before I got Bulwark Exterminating. Bulwark is very dependable and reasonable in their pricing. I would recommend them.

Greg otto was amazing he was very nice and did an amazing job exterminating my bug problem we had scorpions and crickets and other insects and after he did his job we haven't seen any insects in our house thanks to him we feel safe and comfortable in our home knowing we wont get stung by any scorpions we will definitely hire him again and will refer him and the company to others thank you again Greg for doing a great job

We're in a new construction area so have a lot of freshly disturbed bugs. Cody is always prompt, friendly and communicates exactly what he is treating (and how). Bulwark guarantees their service and are always happy to come between regularly scheduled services to take care of critters. A+ through and through... highly recommend!

Bernard did a very thorough job. He continually checked in to make sure we were satisfied and even gave us a debrief to summarize everything he did. We’ve used Bulwark for the last six months and have remained scorpion free.

Jason Smith is our technician from Bulwark Exterminating LLC. He is highly professional and explains all of the work he is doing. When he arrives for an appointment he asks several questions to ensure that he understands what problems we might have had since his last visit and then sets about spraying and re-baiting the mice traps. He checks for any signs of other infestations and provides us a full report at the end of the appointment. He is thorough and careful. Since he has become our technician, we have had no pest problems. I highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating and especially Jason Smith for superb service.
