The process began with Bulwark contacting me by phone, as requested, to setup an appointment for a convenient time. Joel R. arrived on time and discussed the work he would be performing. He asked if I had any problem areas, in particular, he should pay extra attention to. Joel then thoroughly sprayed the perimeter of my home, at the foundation line. Joel is always very careful not to damage my patio furniture and plants with over spray or the sprayer hose. I will definitely schedule Bulwark and Joel for my next pesticide treatment.

Carl from Bulwark did an excellent job on the bi- monthly spraying of the perimeter and filling the bait traps. He was very careful around the garden area. Carl is always professional and friendly. Great to work with and I highly recommend him.

We've been using Bulwark for several years now. I have to say that we've never been disappointed with the work done by any of their technicians, but today our tech, Carrie C. went above and beyond. Carrie was in no hurry to get the job done. She spent as much time at our home as was necessary to do a complete, thorough job. We were impressed with how much time she dedicated to this treatment. She explained the process before she started, then summarized after she was done. We have had issues with ants as well as voles. She handled both in addition to the standard treatment. Two thumbs up.

Great! Our exterminator Aaron Davis is wonderful! He's very responsive and will work us into his schedule for a follow up between scheduled services if needed. He's very easy to work with and responds to text messages even if it's on a day he is not working.
