Description of Work: Decided not to have the inside sprayed because we had small children visiting. However I did have them do inside the garage and after they left there was puddles of what ever they used all over the garage floor. I had to mop it up and throw the mop away.

Description of Work: I purchased a $76 Big Deal for preventative interior and exterior pest treatment. They came out about 3 months ago for the initial visit. We purchased a contract for three follow ups. They have come out for one exterior maintenance service since. They are really good.

Description of Work: not bad. The guy that came was new. I would suggest for them to wear the disposable paper shoe covers when they are going in/out of a persons house. I was not willing to sign a contract, there was not a hard push to do this. I appreciate that.

Description of Work: There was confusion regarding the promotion. The technician was unaware of the promo and asked me to sign an ongoing contract which I did not want. After leaving and checking with someone in the office, he came back and performed the service. I received a call several weeks later stating that my scheduled appointment would be the following week. I explained that I did not sign up for ongoing service. I was transferred to a supervisor that said he would correct the records. The following week a technician was ringing my doorbell for ongoing service which I did not agree to. There seemed to be a disconnection between the office and the techs in the field.
