Description of Work: Extermination was not done well. Within a month most bugs contined to enter home. Not thoroughly done.

Description of Work: We had killed a scorpion in the apartment, so I got on Angie's List and found I could by their services ahead of time (I'm really not sure what I paid, but it was very reasonable). The technician was on time and very professional. We were concerned about the effect the spray would have on the dogs and he was very reassuring that it would not hurt them after it dried. We decided to stay on with the company and they will be spraying for us about every two months. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: They did a preventive treatment around and in our house and then we signed up for quarterly treatments. They were very helpful over the phone and very responsive when we saw some insects in between treatments - came right out and sprayed again for no charge.

She reported that they have been back twice since and called to check on how it was just the other day. Their work was guaranteed and there has been no additional charge. She was VERY pleased with their work and will continue to use them.

Description of Work: I have used Bulwark for 10 years and would not change. I get seasonal service (more often in Summer than Winter) and they will come out in between if I need them. Their technicians are great and the service is top notch. I have been approached by other companies and I have never had any desire to take them up on their very inexpensive initial services offers.

Description of Work: I purchased a $79 Big Deal for Scorpion Elimination for the Entire Property. They did the service and I still have scorpions so it wasn't the best experience.

Description of Work: The technician was on time, explained why he needed to enter the house and was detailed in his application of the products. They take off every external wall electrical outlet and put dust inside the wall. Outside he was very thorough getting every nook and cranny of the yard. I will definately use them again next summer.
