Description of Work: I was told a complete initial spray would be done on our entire property and understood it would be very effective about a week after the treatment. I was very disappointed with how quickly everything was done (didn't seem thorough at all). When I asked the tech if he did our upstairs balcony, he told me no but it was "probably not necessary". I also asked why the rest of our property wasn't treated (we have a large backyard) and he said they only treat around the immediate perimeter, not what I understood. I waited about 2 weeks and it seemed the spiders were more rampant than before. The good thing I can say is that when I called with my complaints, they immediately sent out another tech to respray. He showed up right away and did a great job spraying but seemed very condescending (maybe it was just me). He told me spiders are very difficult to get because they have to get the treatment on their bodies, not just legs. Well this was the first time I heard this, the salesman didn't mention that at al! Anyway, they sprayed again on their regularly scheduled time and it seems the problems with the spiders have subsided. The company is great about coming back anytime and they have great costs, so knowing what I know I would still recommend them, just with a warning label!

Description of Work: Great service, and so far effective. The only issue was scheduling--rescheduled three times due to poor staffing, the weather (it was raining), and a lack of communication (on their end). Of course the weather was not their fault, but it was still frustrating.

Description of Work: The company sprayed the outside perimeter of my house and the yard as a preventive measure for scorpion control. The people I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and very accommodating when I had to change my appointment. The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was very professional, told me what he was going to do, and when finished left a slip outside my door documenting what had been done. |I have used this company once before, some time last year, for the same service, and I have not had any pests of any kind in between the two services. I also appreciated that they did not try to sell me additional services, but simply did what I paid for and did it well.
