Efficient, friendly, great service!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. They did what they said they were going to do. They were way better than what I used before. The product has held up so far. They are going to come every couple of months. They were good and efficient. They were in and out. They are a little bit more expensive but it the product holds, then I'm fine with it.

Very well. Went above and beyond when asked. The technician put down traps in the garage and sprayed the eaves and garage when asked.

Despite a rocky start, as our appt was sched for ~14d before they actually did come out, the time Seth took to explain in detail what he would be doing and why we should expect good results was excellent. It has only been 2w since service but we haven't seen a scorpion outside nor in- and we have never gone more than a few days these past 5yrs.

We'd used an exterminator for a while who was mostly just a guy with a can, spraying once a month. But we had a couple of close encounters with scorpions and the like, so we felt the need for an upgrade. These guys not only are highly rated on Angie's List but they do a handful of folks in our neighborhood, including our next-door neighbors, who like them. Things went well. Woman who did the work was professional and seemed knowledgable. No real problems since then. We signed up for regular service, but if I had one complaint it was that this was sort of muscled up to us -- we originally signed up just for a coupon but it seems they used this coupon to sign you up. I went along because that's what we likely were going to do anyway, but it would have been better if they'd simply said, "If you like us, just a call and we'll get you signed up."

Good. We signed up for the monthly service. We have not seen any bugs but I feel like we might be paying too much and may do a comparison. When they first started the monthly service we did not know they were coming and we called - they handled it great

He arrived on time. He sprayed 4 different types of insert control pesticides in yard, garage, windows, and inside / outside the house. Done within 45 minutes. Wanted to sell me more or come back quarterly. I'm only at the house three months.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They also have done a termite control treatment. The representative was very polite and asked if I had any questions. I am assuming he did a good job of spraying since I have not seen any bugs lately. Their pricing is probably comparable to others and they came when they said they were coming.

The service was pretty good. They sprayed for everything in general. It was a regular maintenance service. Outside, they did inside. They only did the, I think they put something, opened up the switch, boards, there were like black points and put something in there and that was the only thing they did. There was no spraying done. I haven't had any issues after like any clicker or so of bugs. I get pretty good at it. I follow up if I see any bugs, I call them up and they come on back and do it for me for free. The price I would say reasonable.

I had a real bad problem with Scorpions in the backyard and the first floor of my home. Bulwark Exterminating used a large truck and thoroughly sprayed my backyard with a large hose. My garage and the inside of my home were then Treated with a portable sprayer. In the first couple months I've found 3 Scorpions in the backyard and 1 inside. Bulwark says they will come back and spray again because they guarantee their service. My block wall will be getting another treatment very soon. Overall I'm pleased with their service

Bulwark Exterminating were pretty good. They come out every three months now. They do the regular work you get under the Big Deal and then they give you kind of a deal on coming out every three months.

Came by with their pumper truck and sprayed the entire property for scorpions. Total time was about 30 minutes and that included the front, back and sides of the property. They will service your home if you are present or not and bill you at a later date.

They called a few days later to see if any bugs were seen. I still had some ants so they returned and now I'm ant free.

I had been seeing Scorpions DAILY when a deal came up on Angie's List for initial service for $ 85. The appointment was scheduled promptly once I contacted them. The technician arrived at the time scheduled and was very professional. The best part is, in ht e3 or 4 weeks that have passed since the treatment, I have not seen a single scorpion! We will be using the regular treatment service every 60 days. I am so grateful for the piece of mind of being Scorpion free! We have used several other extermination services in the past and none of them have been as effective as Bulwark's treatment seems to be!

The initial service was on July 2. I had ants return inside the home on July 13th. They scheduled me for a retreatment on July 17th between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. They called at 12:40 pm to tell me that they were unable to make it and that they needed to reschedule for the following day. The next day window was 10:00 to 1:00 pm once again. This time they showed up at 09:05 am without calling. I was home, fortunately, but certainly wasn't prepared for their arrival.

Since an initial false start, they have been wonderful. Still occasional scorpions, but they come back immediately. I guess expecting any company to eradicate scorpions permanently here in Az is unrealistic, it is good that they come when called.

Scott showed up at appointed time and treated the interior and exterior of my home. He was polite and professional.

Overall, it was what I expected so it was good.

Everything went pretty well, although delayed exterior painting on the house necessitated rescheduling and less than ideal conditions. Sebastian, the technician, was very accommodating and pleasant.

Overall, we have had a great experience with Bulwark. There have been several times that we have seen scorpions and other bugs since we started using them a few months ago. Each time, they came out to our home the next day and provided an extra treatment for "free" (as part of their annual contracted services). The technicians have been friendly and efficient.

Jeff was the technician who was both professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend Bulwark and plan on using them in the future. The only glitch (and it was minor) was that he showed up on the wrong day. Heck, I've done it too :) However, it was no big deal and we proceeded as planned plus the job was done properly, at a fair price and we're very pleased!

The owner came in a black truck and sprayed the entire area in about 2 hours. We have not seen a scorpion since then.
