The service went well and they got rid of the bugs.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was well done.

They arrived at the scheduled time and sprayed the entire inside of my home. He then went outside and put down the crystals in my backyard. All of their products are people and pet friendly. It was raining that day, which is good to melt the crystals and have them soak into the soil but they could not apply the spray. They returned the following morning, again at the scheduled time, and sprayed the exterior. Both Service Rep's were very polite and professional.

Not only have I not seen a scorpion since they treated my home, but I have now hired them to do monthly maintainence on my property. They always call before they come and are always on time and effficent, they are excellent to do business with

very nice gentleman came in house and sprayed some areas and put down disks in problem areas then went out side to spray in ground. Didn't see where they put the stuff in the ground. Would suggest they show customer where they did this. And then he was gone. did buy service contract

We called several times over the next 60 days and they came back out and resprayed at no charge several times. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. There were no additional charges. He did his job. He showed up on time. I was satisfied with what he had to say. We basically went over the issue and he basically said you do this to keep the ants out and this will prevent other bugs from coming in the house so he went and applied whatever it is that he applied around the outside and I did what I needed to do in the inside. Basically he came in the first week that I was down there. By the time I left, the ant issue was resolved too so I was happy about that.

Great service, tech was on time, explained the service, and was very complete in the treatment. Great people.

Took care of the all the pests and haven't seen a scorpion since.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out good. I have not complaints with them currently. They did not show up when they were supposed to.

Their service was good. Their cost was about $50/month. I thought it was expensive. We had them stop preventative services about a month ago because we found another company.

After purchasing the Big Deal we actually moved into a rental home because we were waiting for our new home to be built. I called them after moving to my rental home and they said they would keep us on file. They were very pleasant over the phone. I was very surprised they were willing to be so flexible. It has been about a year since the purchase of the Big Deal. We will be calling them in a couple months to see if they hold true to their word.

They were very prompt and polite. They explained what they were doing. They were very good.

On time, professional, and a service might use once every summer. I'm happy with my current pest control company but I would definitely consider Bulwark if that changes.

It was fine. I haven’t seen any scorpions so I guess that’s good. They showed up on time. No issues. The price was reasonable.

Very professional.. The initial spray was not as effective as we had hopes and they returned and sprayed again.

Purchased the deal on Angie's list for a new home that I purchased. They called by 7AM the next morning to schedule service and were prompt in arriving at the first appointment. Was seeing some bugs after the initial treatment and they came back twice to treat and were friendly each time. I will continue to use this service on a monthly basis.

I called two times to schedule the appointment. There is a specific guy who was handling these. When I called there was a significant upsell to do regular every other month visits for a flat fee. I already have a bug guy just wanted to try this out. I said no on three different occasions. The guy who came to my house was fine. He did his job. A week later I got an invoice in the mail for the same amount as the Big Deal I purchased. I hand wrote that I had already paid and told them to I was not interested in anything from them. Then two months later my wife calls. She calls to tell me that they put a note in our back door saying they sprayed again. I sent an email to their offices and havent heard a word yet. I just got another invoice for the most recent visit. Not only am I not paying it but am reporting them to BBB. As far as the service performed I had Scorpions a few days later in the backyard. I live in an Orange Grove by a ditch and know we will have them. Just liked the idea of shooting gallons of products. In reading others reviews I'm not sure what happened but the fact that they haven't responded is why I'm writing this.

They sprayed the yard with what looked like excellent coverage and a good amount of product however, I speculate that it was a very diluted solution as it had minimal effect on killing the pests especially the scorpions. They said it should last for around two months but we had several scorpions within three days of spraying and on-going.

They did a great job - punctual and professional and even followed up the next day to see if we were satisfied. Seth, the technician, was courteous and professional and answered all of our questions. Following that visit, we signed up for bimonthly service I would highly recommend Bulwark for all your pest control needs.

They came out three months ago and the service was really good. I did pay them extra because I signed up for continue service every two months. They were on time, clean, courteous and the chemical they use are good. Their service staff is very good with the follow-ups with every other month is best handled very well. They call two days ahead of time and come out and did what they said they would do. I would recommend them.

It was great! I live in a very buggy, rural area and have a large, dirt yard surrounding my house. I didn't see any live bugs in my home for about 2 months. That's unbelievable for us, this time of year.
