Timely, professional and courteous. He answered any questions I had and talked me through what he was going to do. When he was finished I saw him walk through the back yard scraping up and down on the corner of the walls. He said that is where the scorpions like to hang out. Good to know!

It went well. He was very polite. He did a good job.

The pest expert went to work immediately, sprayed the entire outside of the home - rock law, grass, trees, etc. He was very personable and helpful in providing information on the patterns/habits of scorpions. He went to every room in the house that had a window and sprayed within the window manifold to prevent outside entry into the home. Overall the appointment was completed very quickly and I left with peace of mind knowing we were now shields up against the outside critters trying to move in.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and everything is fine. I bought a 3 year service plan. I am happy with them, becuase I had a really bad roach problem. This was the first time that I used them. The gentleman that came out was very nice, and he explained everything that he was doing, and I only wish he would have shown me where he put it outside in the ground.

The service was good but it was a little pricey. When they first came they didn't come inside. Since I was allergic to everything it took me awhile to overcome that so I haven't been able to have them back inside so I still have some crawling around but it was not their fault. It's okay, like I've said it was just a little pricey. Since we are new in this area, we really don't know how to do this thing yet. I don't see very many of our neighbors having the exterminators come, I guess they know how to do it. They were good.

The technician is very professional, efficient and does his job without inconveniencing the home owner. He has on occasion locked up my gates and secured my house when I haven't been able to stay around for when the job is finished. He's always smiling and friendly.

They did great! We are working on new landscape for our yard. We put in a lot of demo new rock and plant and there were bugs everywhere. Cricket, spiders, beetles and ants and some odd ball creatures. I asked them to spray entire yard and they came out and did just that. The bugs are gone...except for ants. Those suckers are everywhere. They came out again and so far so good. We are on a monthly service and we stopped for 1 month because of construction. We totally saw a difference when we skipped the one service. Stay on top of the bugs and get sprayed often.

After the first visit in July we had to have them come back because of nasty ant invasion. They called after the 2nd appointment check our satisfaction, I was then told we were on a 2 month plan and they would be back on the 11th of Sept. A week after they missed That appointment I just called someone else.

Technician was prompt in arriving...exact to the minute! He wasrofessional, friendly, and courteous. How effective was the work? Since this was treatment for scorpions, only time will tell. So far, no problems.

I was so pleased to be scorpion free after trying many ways on my own to get rid of them in the house. I can go barefoot inside again. I am having them spray outside every two months. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Guy showed up on time in the specified window. Received a courtesy call 30mins before arrival. Came by and sprayed the inside and outside, garage included. Didn't see bugs for a few weeks. Then a little bug and scorpion both popped up alive in the middle of the house on the same day. Called them up and they scheduled me for another free spray. Still waiting to see how it goes. Gave a C for quality due to it only being 2 weeks and live scorpions already showing up.

Technician was on time and very professional. The treatment worked for a while. We still see an occational scorpion and spider but its not the same as before.

After the first service the interior is mainly sprayed in problem areas if you have any and entrances. I'm sure they will treat any area you ask them to do. I had some ants going for pet food and they put down some bait traps to get them. Then the exterior perimeter of the house is sprayed good to create a barrier.

Excellent service for pest control at our home. Pests did not return. We hired Bulwark two more times for condos we own. Always very responsive with professional service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. They were trying to get people to sign up for contracts rather than just a one time service. They were very good. They were thorough and answered questions. I didn't compare their price to others.

Gave good advice on how scorpions get into home, which I appreciated. I didn't realize all of the small places scorpions use for entrance into a home.

Everything was good. They said they were going to have to move the appointment for some reason and when I told them that would not work, they managed to send someone to cover the appointment anyway. This happened twice. It all worked out.

WELL I JUST GAVE THEM ABOVE I BELIEVE. THESE FOLKS ARE PROFESSIONALS WITH A HEART. I REALLY APPRECIATE OUR TECHNICIAN JOSH WHO ARRIVES WITH A SMILE, DOES HIS JOBQUITE WELL.

Overall treatmeants are done quickly and not always that thoroughly. They are great at between visit follow-ups whenever called though. Generally pretty good but individual techs tend to give different recommondations/advice and generally don't have any of the details you provide when schduleing. Example, 2 tech in a row both recommended an 'attic dusting' treatment because we've found a few scorpions, but both times they didn't have the necessary equipment to actually preform it. So after the second time, we called specifically to schedule someone to dust. That tech arrived, not aware that the purpose of the appointment was the dusting, didn't have the equipement (again) and proceed to give us a long list of reason why he doesn't recommend doing it... Mixed message????

Great the service guy was nice and funny. Very kind about my barking dogs He took off his shoes in my house I thought that was very respectful. The gentleman I Originally set up service with was great ( Garrett) as well answered all my questions and Scheduled for the very next morning and set a schedule I could keep in an ongoing basis He even have me some reccomendations on saving money instead of selling Me something I didnt need. I'm pleased so far!

Service went fine. I did ask that they come the second time when I was home but did not do that and they were supposed to leave an invoice on the back door and didn't do that either so I didn't know if they actually did what I paid them to do.
