Bulwark called promptly and scheduled service the same week. Service was on time and technician was very polite. I will probably sign a long term contract with them.

Scott from Bulwark Exterminating arrived early and got right to work. He was very friendly and polite. He did an excellent job treating very nook and cranny. Unlike other exterminators, Bulwark does not skimp on the product they use. They did a full dousing of my large backyard. I saw dead bugs even before Scott left and I have not seen a live bug since. They did a very good job! Well done!

Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Technician did not appear to be bothered that I asked questions and watched the procedure. This was the Scorpion extermination and let me tell you, no critter has been seen since. The process covered the entire front and back yard including the patio, and a few feet up the walls as well as an internal application behind the electrical outlets. Definitely will use again.

Quick response once purchased to set up service. Tech was on time, thorough and gaveme details on service he would perform. Will use them in the future.

They called before coming to our home. Showed up on time, performed the service and then left. They provide excellent service and are very professional.

Bulwark called and discussed options for their service and offered an ongoing plan. However, the fact that I didn't really want a monthly service did not affect the professionalism with which they dealt with me. They arrived on time, provided the service I requested. I'm very pleased with my experience with this company and would gladly recommend them to others.

It was okay. We had a problem with one of the trees and kind of like a desert termite not the same type that you would find in your home or anything like that but I guess that wasn't something that they did. And it also actually had a termite warranty and that company set up also something that they didn't do. I still have that pest issue with them so that was the only complaint I guess.

Technician was extremely informative, trained, friendly, customer oriented, and a good listener for any previously undisclosed issues. He represented his company very well. I would definitely use this company again. Note: It's been over a month now, and I have not had any issues with bugs near the house or in the house.

He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do; it did not take him long, just 15 minutes or so. He appropriately identified himself and seemed very professional. Later, I had a return of ants outside and called Bulwark. They promptly responded and again treated the ants. I have had no further problem with them.

It's important for me to say up front that we are only sporadically at this address. And still: 1. Communication is excellent. I get a monthly phone call giving me the date that the technician will be providing service. This affords me the opportunity to let them know of any issues or concerns I might have. 2. The technician always shows up when they say he will. 3. The technician is professional and pleasant - over the several years of service, we've had a couple of them and they've all been equally professional. In clean uniform. Polite. 4. This is a great example of their quality of service: About two years ago, during one of my visits (for less than a week), the technician was scheduled to provide service. During his visit, I noticed a line of dirt along the inside of the garage. I showed it to him and he identified it as indicating a potential termite problem. He acknowledged that he wasn't a termite expert and immediately got in touch with his superiors. His superiors told me they would need to come out for an inspection and they had an opening the following week. I was leaving the next day on a noon flight. No problem, they said, "we'll be there first thing in the morning". The termite "expert" was very punctual the next day. He inspected; it was termites; he gave me a quote; I provided access to the garage; and made my plane on time. The work was completed as promised at a fair and reasonable price. 5. After 3-1/2 years of consistently excellent service, this review is long in coming. They deserve an A+ !!!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were very good. In fact, we've had them come in since for routine maintenance. There were no additional costs. They were very professional and good to work with.

The technician performed the service was very professional. He explained to us what he was going to do and then did a thorough work inside/outside our house. After his service, he also explained to us what to do/not do. Before their service, we saw three scorpions inside our house within a month. But after their service, we didn't see any scorpion. We are very happy.

It went fine. They guy that came was very friendly but their price is expensive for me.

It went well. I wasnt having any particular problem but had questions concerning a particular potential future problem. He reassured me that the type of insect that I am so extremely fearful of are not in our area!! I will be having the service every 2 months which seems like overkill to me. Previously I had service every 3 months and had no problems but I guess better safe than sorry!

I purchased the service through a special on Angies List. The special guaranteed contact from Bulwark Exterminating within 3 days...this did not occur and I ended up having to call Bulwark twice in order to get the service provided. Once the appointment was set up, the Bulwark employee was on time and the service has greatly reduced the crickets on my property. The company did try to sell me additional services and to sign up for a service agreement but once I said I was not interested, there was not any additional hassle. The company provides a service that works well and I would their services.

Technician Travis called me to ask if he could come early. That worked out great for me so I said yes. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I am very satisfied with the service and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again

Went great. On time and did a great job

It has worked out fine. We have been using them for about six months now. The technician who comes out does a good job.

Appears to be effective so far

The technician showed up on time just at it became dark out, he described how the service would be done and the time it might take. Using his blacklight he searched the entire yard and found only one scorpion trying to flee to the neighbor's side of the fence. Great service.
