Description of Work: Initially, Bulwark installed the "traps" in our yard around the house. We did not have termite issues but decided we would be proactive and do some prevention. Now Bulwark comes every quarter to check the traps. If we ever develop a problem, they would aggressively wage war against the little buggers.

He explained to me everything he was doing the purpose of doing it. So far so good on the results. I will likely use Bulwark in the future.

They came out right away and treated our property inside and out. The next morning we saw so many died roaches and every day there were less and less. Within a week we were roach free. Great company.

Points to the idea that its not the customer who is important to this company, but the money.

 + -1 moreUPDATE to initial review: A representative from Bulwark called to apologize for our billing/service issues and offered acceptable solutions to remedy the situation. As stated in our initial review we are happy with their pest control service and will continue to use them.
Description of Work: We bought an Angie's list "Big Deal" for scorpion elimination for $85. Bulwark did a great job, we have not seen any scorpions since the treatment, however there were other issues with their service. For some reason there was a mix up on payment. Even though we had paid thru Angie's list we received a bill in the mail for $69. It took 2 phone calls to get it straightened out. Then while at Costco a few weeks later, a Bulwark rep was selling the same scorpion service for $69. (We had paid $15 more for the same service on Angie's list.) The Bulwark rep could not explain how the two services were different nor why Angie's list Big Deal cost more. After the initial scorpion service, we were so pleased that we called to be put on a bi-monthly pest control spraying schedule. After 3 months we had not been contacted so we called again. They sent someone out the next day and confirmed we would be on the bi-monthly schedule. They have been on schedule since then and we receive an email a couple of days prior to their arrival. Other than the initial payment and the bi-monthly scheduling issues, we have had good luck with Bulwark. We will continued to use them for our bi-monthly pest control.

 + -1 moreI purchased a Big Deal for Scorpion Elimination for my yard. Professional and friendly. He worked quickly but also took time to explain things to me. I also purchased another deal to treat inside my home. I was becoming very concerned with all the scorpions I was seeing outside (5 hanging from my flood lights!) and quite a lot getting into the house. My cats were finding (thank goodness) a couple a week! It's been almost a year and I've only had a couple get in the house since treatment so it worked great.

They hounded me to stay with them and just kept offering me different services when I told them I wanted to cancel any arrangement we had with them. 7 minutes later my husband grabbed the phone and told the rep to cancel already and because of the tactics they used against us we would not use them in the future.

 + -1 moreIt went fine. I specifically advised the person on the phone a male that I did not want this service every month! We would just try them once because we already had an exterminator that we were happy with! I told him I wanted the service because of the scorpions we had not had a problem and maybe this would avoid any future problems with scorpions. The special caught my eye because they advertised the big truck with getting rid of scorpions on it and it was reasonable I thought at the time. My problem with them was I had already advised them I did not want monthly service with them and then we received a phone call saying your monthly service has been set up with a date???? I called and was rather upset because, I had told the gentleman I DID NOT want their service on a regular basis. I don't remember the cost it was a special.
