The inside window sill and doorway entry were sprayed. The outside yard was sprayed within 60 feet of house. It has been 18 days since spraying and so far we have not seen any scorpions. If it continues to have positive results , we will use them again.

I am very happy with Bulwark's service. The technician's 'window' of arrival was arranged for 6-8 pm, and he showed up right at 6. He was a very nice fellow who answered all of my questions about the chemicals used, and he even showed me how much pesticide he was mixing with water as he prepared his tank for the job, which was nice because I know some companies use a minimal amount of pesticide to save money. He did a very thorough job, especially on the outside of the home because, as he explained, it is crucial to form a solid barrier to keep the scorpians away. After reading other reviews, I was a bit concerned about getting a hard sell to sign a month-to-month contract, but there was no hard sell at all; I recall that he mentioned the possibility of monthly service if I wanted, but he left it at that. I got the sense that he felt very confident that his thorough application of the product would do the job for at least 3-4 months. I would definitely use this company again, even for a higher price than the $79 promotional deal I received through Angie's List. I am a relatively new customer with Angie's List, so I was a bit leery of pre-paying for a service, but it worked out great.

I ordered the special deal on Angie's List to rid the house of scorpions, even though I had not had one in the house in several months. The technician arrived on time and sprayed my entire property on the outside, including the front and backyard, around the garage and the alley. He was very thorough. He said I should be free of pests, including scorpions, for about six months. It has only been less than three weeks, but so far no pests.

The service turned out well. We are using them for monthly service now. They were very professional and they were able to answer any questions that we had.

I subscribe monthly now to Bulwark so they will start coming to spray every month. Their service is okay so far, as well as pricing. They did come around a second time when I called them to let them know that their service wasn't effective last they had come so that was good. I will continue to use them for now.

The service has been excellent. They send me a text the day before letting me know that they are coming and they always come on time and do good work.

The technician was supposed to arrive at 6:30 but did not show up till almost 8; apparently his office had neglected to call and let me know they were running late because they were short staffed that day Other than that, all went well. The gentleman was courteous and efficient.

The service worked out great. I ended up using their services from August through December for indoor and outdoor pest control.

We use Bulwark for monthly spraying for pests, annual nocturnal scorpion spray, termite treatment and inspection and have just recently hired them for weed spray. They do what they say they will do, when they promise and they stand behind their work.

He arrived promptly at 6:30 p.m. (they do this special treatment for scorpions at night). He explained everything that he would be doing, explained to us that we will see an increase in the scorpions only because they are coming out to die. He sprayed inside the house in the walls where the scorpions were, then sprayed the yard. Later that evening I saw one scorpion in the hallway (HUGH, I had not seen one that big in a long, long time), stepped on it and disposed of it. Then later that evening my daughter-in-law went out to their truck and there were many, many cockroaches surrounding our vehicles, all dead. Don't know where they came from unless they were in the rock in the front yard. Anyway, whatever he used was beneficial in other areas too!! I would definitely recommend Bulwark to my friends. I have set up a plan with them where they will come out every other month and spray so that we can finally get the scorpion problem under control at my house!!

It was fine. They came out maybe in two weeks after I purchased the big deal. The service was good and they took care of the problem so I have no complaints. They showed up on time and there were no extra charges on top of the deal. They were good with their price. They were relatively reasonably priced and they showed up exactly on the time that they promised.

The tech was professional and on time. He took the time to examine my concerns, then proceeded to spray the entire exterior of the house, and drop granules around my out plants. Inside he sprayed the base boards and placed dust inside the electrail outlets to get any pests inside the wall. So far very pleased. Will update after next service.

They did a good job and we’ve stuck with them. They have a secondardy scorpion abatement program. They do a pretty good job with scheduling and they excel in customer service.

Had a difficult time getting the service scheduled, but eventually confirmed an appointment. Was told we would receive a call from the tech when they were on their way, but that didn't happen. Regardless, the tech was right on time and performed the treatment quickly. Didn't have much interaction, so can't speak to the tech's level of knowledge or expertise. Overall, a good experience and I would use them again.

It went well. They were here when they said they would be.

I have had Bulwark performing services for about 18 months for scorpions. The initial consultation and treatment went as explained. We signed up to have them treat the property every 2 moths to get ahead of the scorpions. Things seemed to be going well initially but after about six months the scorpions came back. I called and complained and they came out and treated the inside and outside again. We continued to see a couple of scorpions a month until it jumped the end of last year to the point we killed over 15 scorpions inside the house in between their visits. I called again and complained and they offered to add an additional service where they would spray an additional 15 foot perimeter around the house at no charge. They said they would add this to the service going forward at no charge. They completed this service once and then the following two services they went back to the standard spray and the last service they did not even take the hose off the truck. They simply walked around the interior of the house with an aerosol can and just cleaned a few cob webs on the outside. Needless to say we have scorpions back inside the house. I spoke with them around the 17th of March and told them all this. They said they have GPS tracking on the trucks and they would be able to tell how much the serviceman sprayed. They said they would get back to me the next day and let me know what their investigation found. I have not heard back from them and will be cancelling my service with them. I feel that 18 months should be a long enough time frame for them to rid my house of Scorpions like they advertise. Additionally we would get a new serviceman every visit and have to explain the issue to them all over again.

Bulwark comes out every 2 months. Calls prior to visit, very professional and punctual Technicians.

Bulwark has been great. If I see even 3 bugs alive inside or outside the house, they will schedule an appointment to come back. They enable us to be BUG FREE! The only concern I have is that I'd asked them to provide a service while I was at work and their rep came and left because I wasn't home, leaving a note for me to reschedule. They were very helpful in rescheduling, but it was for more than a week later and I had no guarantee he'd stay if I wasn't there at the time he arrived. We've got it worked out since then and they've been great!

That service has been good. They come every other month and treat for us both inside and outside. I like that they are thorough with coming out. He came out last weekend and I found some scorpions and they will be coming back out to re-treat that for me. They did not have any issues and they are always quick to responds.

They spray and I believe the same exterminator comes out every time. If I have a problem, he takes the time to make sure that is taken care of before he leaves. He is very nice and always asks if have seen any roaches. He asks if he wants me to spray inside the house too. He is also very professional.

The provider was on time, polite and professional. Before each visit, Bulwark calls or texts to let us know when they will be here and they could not be an easier to work with.

Hiring Bulwark was one of the best decisions I've made. They were very proactive and called me shortly after I purchased the deal, they were friendly and professional, and the treatment has been highly effective because I haven't seen any spiders, crickets, or bugs in general. They did so well, in fact, that I have them come back for follow up treatments every 60 days.
