The technician arrived on time and sprayed inside the house first and then we trapped our dogs inside. The bug poison has to dry before the dogs could go back outside which took about 90 minutes. The next morning, we found several dead scorpions and roaches around the outside of the house. We do find scorpions outside now and then but none inside so far!

IMO, this is a GREAT service. This was an Angie's List Big Deal for scorpion elimination. I will use them again in the future. The original (coordinated) date for the treatment had to be cancelled due to morning rain. The provider quickly contacted me about the cancellation and offered to provide a different treatment, which I declined. The provider did notify me in advance about the rescheduled date, but they did not consult with me about the date - just an email saying we're coming on this date to do the treatment. I was able to work the rescheduled date into my schedule without too much difficulty, so this worked out OK. The service was excellent. The technician also spotted and gave extra attention to a couple of ant holes in the backyard. Within 90 seconds of the scorpion truck leaving, I noticed scorpions crawling in the open. So my advice is to be ready to eliminate scorpions in the open before the tech completes the treatment. Finally, a couple of warnings. There is a strong after-treatment odor that could distress susceptible individuals - you may want them to stay away for 3 to 4 hours following the treatment. There was also some (unavoidable) secondary kill - there was a rodent and lizard in my pool the morning after the treatment. I suspect they ingested creatures that had chemical product on their bodies, which caused great thirst in the rodent and lizard. They, in turn, went for the nearest water source (the pool) and probably drowned.

We had them come out once and we were a little disappointed. I think there was a little misunderstanding of what their advertising was and what they said they were going to do. They were not bad, but they talked about coming out to search for scorpions when it was dark, when they mostly are out, but they did not do that. What they did for spraying seemed pretty comparable to the company we currently use that comes monthly for much cheaper. We thought this company would do more because it charged more. I would not recommend this company.

The Technicians are professional and arrive when they say they will arrive. No issues with the service.

We use this Big Deal every year. The service wipes out the scorpions. It works out and we have not seen any afterward.

we have used both work exterminating for approximately 6 years now. We first used bulwark in Scottsdale and now it we used both work in Mesa. They are very professional and the best extermination company I can recommend.whenever I call the office or a tech comes to the home I am treated respectfully and I feel like I am dealing with a honest, reliable and knowledgeable company. They are easy to get ahold of and if I ever need additional services they are always free and usually they can come out the same day! Also, when the techs spray inside the home they always wear protection on their feet. This is such a great thing as I am sure we have all experienced the mess and stains that contractors and workers can leave on the carpet in your home.

Bulwark Exterminating is a wonderful company. The service persons are always on time--sometimes, even early. I never have to wait around. They are patient, knowledgable, and take time to explain their products, strategies, and options. I especially like that they'll come out between scheduled visits. Their services have dramatically improved my home. They also make follow up calls, especially in the beginning months of service, to see if you've seen any pest activity. I really liked the concern that the company expressed when I called with my problem.

Did the trick - didn't see too many scorpions for several months even though we built a pool in the backyard at this time. They come back now every 3 months.

Got the problem fixed by spraying in and out, and returning quickly if we saw anything at all. They were Great!

We had been seeing an increasing number of bugs of various kinds in random places inside the house. I tried spraying but without much success in getting rid of them. I called Bulwark and they explained the services they offered, including a free inspection and assessment. The day of the first appointment the technician called ahead and arrived as scheduled. After the inspection, he explained what he found and all of our options. We signed a contract with the company and they now come every other month. They always call ahead to let us know when they're coming and ensure the time works for us. The bugs have been completely under control since their service began. We subsequently found we had kangaroo rats digging around the foundation of our house. I called Bulwark to see if they could take care of that, as well. They actually referred me to TruTech for the issue, saying that company does the best job with rodent issues. TruTech has performed in the same manner as I described regarding Bulwark. I'm glad to have found both of these companies and highly recommend both of them.

The exterminator was very professional and polite. He asked questions to make sure we were addressing everything and answered all of my questions. i am now using Bulwark to on a bi-monthly basis.

Roaches were no longer around after the one visit.

I got an email the next day after I ordered it on Sunday and called them on Monday to arrange for service. They were out to the house on Tuesday evening at the time I'd requested. The gentleman at their office was very helpful in explaining their procedures and told me way more than I wanted to know about bugs and scorpions, but it was helpful information. The technician who came to do the work was a very courteous young man who also was knowledgeable about the type of insects to treat and what we should expect after his visit. The treatment was done on Tuesday and when I did my yard work this weekend, I didn't see a single crawly bug anywhere! I have decided to continue with periodic treatments using Bulwark in the future and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had the same technician as last year so I knew he knew what he was doing. I've used this provider for the last three years and expect to continue with them annually.

OK until we found one in the garage about a month later. We were disappointed that the provider didn't seem more proactive about what could be done. We then went on a search to find the meanest, nastiest scorpion exterminator we could find. Interviewed several but settled on Responsible Pest Control. So far so good, we'll see how it goes.

I use this company for ongoing service. Woke up Saturday to find about 200,000 ants in my house. I called up and there was someone at my house in under 30 minutes. Unbelievable. The rep that came out was very cool and knew his stuff. No more ants.

MOSTLY A HARD SELL FOR CONTRACT SPRAYED OUTSIDE FOR SCORPIONS-LACKADAISICAL SPRAY AT ENTRANCES FOUND 3 LIVE SCORPIONS IN WEEK AFTER TREATMENT HAVE AN INFESTATION OF DOG TICKS OR BED BUGS NOW HIRING A DIFFERENT COMPANY THEY RETURNED WITH 2 VERY PROFESSIONAL TECHS--DID A THOROUGH JOB AND EXPLAINED THAT SOME DYING SCORPIONS MIGHT SURFACE IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS---IN FACT I DID FIND 2 ONE DEAD-THE OTHER DYING THEY FULLY EXPLAINED THE WARRANTY AND PROMISED RAPID RESPONSE IF I HAD FURTHER PROBLEMS. NOW, I AM HAPPY AND PROBABLY WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER!

They treated the house about 6 weeks ago. We have not seen any scorpions inside the house since, but we did see other insects. Bulwark came back out and retreated the whole property to handle the additional pests a couple weeks later, right after we called them. We are happy with the level of service they have provided.

The service was good. They were quick with the service and the price was pretty good as well.

The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. One person came to do the service. We were not too sure they actually put the pebbles around the plants, which would be my only complaint. It was pretty easy to schedule an appointment with them.
