Seemed ok but I had them back out yesterday for a an additional treatment as I have seen a few scorpions lately.

I signed up for a bi-monthly package. I think the price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of their work. I've definitely seen a difference since they stated spraying. There were no issues with scheduling, either. They've all been very polite and respectful of my property.

The service went fine. We have not seen any scorpions since they were out. They were very responsive and came out within a week of calling. They were easy to schedule for when I needed. The technician did good work and I would call them back for an ant problem.

The treatment didn't help with my scorpion problem and the pest control treatment did nothing more than what my monthly service already does for me.

They did a really good job! I can definitely see a difference since they sprayed. I had to have them out twice, but again, the end result is good. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

They were not able to get rid of the scorpions. They just came back today after I found 4 more scorpions. I have never had that many before. I have been using their services for the past year for routine pest maintenance every other month. I spoke with another company and it sounds like more needs done to eliminate the pest. If I am not home they will only do the outside of my home and do not reschedule to do the inside. The technician who does come out is very kind and I feel safe with him in and around my home. I have never had any difficulties scheduling the company out, and they are great at communicating with me through phone and email. I just do not think the service has eliminated the scorpions yet and a more comprehensive tragedy may be in order.

The service was supposed to be performed at the above date, but the exterminator did not show up. I did not hear back from them.

They have been good. I know the price was reasonable. They were professional and efficient. They have courteous service. They notify you when they are going in by text message so you know when they are going to be there. We haven't had any problems with them. We don't have any pest.

I contacted them to handle a potential scorpion problem that I found in my house. There’s one and usually more. They guarantee that they can take care of scorpions so that’s the introduction to me from them. They came and did the service. It was a deal, it was a service through Angie’s. I was happy with it. I don’t follow people around too much. I figure there are here and they know their business unless I have reason to suspect that maybe I need to look over their shoulder. They worked inside the house, removing plates and the walls and the exterior walls so that they can inject some sort of chemicals into the walls because that’s the entrance point for scorpions I guess. They did the outside front and backyard also. It was pretty extensive treatment. It was mentioned they could do a monthly or quarter service depending on what I felt I wanted to have. I didn’t have any existing service so I said let’s try quarterly. If I see pest and I feel we needed to do it more often in the summer, I will let you know. I haven’t had any need to. It has also totally taken care of the tick problem that I had. I have a cat and a dog. The cats are not a problem. The dogs are bringing in ticks from the outside. That I have not taken for several months now. I was very happy with them. I've been happy with them. They have done what they told me what they could do.

The only problem with the service was that instead of showing up at the scheduled evening time, the tech showed up about 3 hours early (I prefer the evening hours to have this service done as it's easier to spot (UV light) and remove any scorpions in the open). Otherwise, the tech was very professional and thorough.

Scheduling the appointment was easy, but then there was a miscommunication. They sent the technician out two days early. We weren't ready that night so we asked him to come back on the day we originally scheduled. That was no problem, it turns out we were on the schedule twice -- just a human error that was quickly remedied. I called Bulwark a few times prior to the appointment because I had questions and they answered them for me. The technician, Tyler, was professional and thorough. He was on time -- perhaps even a bit early, but we were ready. He asked us questions about pests we had seen and went to work outside first. Then he treated the inside of the home. It went very well. Sure enough, we skimmed some dead crickets off the surface of our swimming pool water the next day. We haven't seen a scorpion or an ant since. I found one small dead spider on the pool deck a couple of days later. My husband and I are SO happy -- we can enjoy our patio and pool now, without annoying bugs! And our little lizards seem just as active and happy as ever.

They're good and on time. Probably the best thing with their service is if you see any bugs or anything after you've used them, they'll come back and spray again. I did that once a couple of years ago. They spray good anyway. I don't see anything, really. I've been using them about three years.

It was a good experience. I liked how they communicated with me through email and text message.

Excellent service and follow-up. The tech. explained everything, then sprayed both inside the house, and the entire yard. Safe for my little dog. Then the company called to see how everything went. Great service all around. You cannot go wrong with this company.

They are the very best company I've worked with for a long time. My daughter uses them too. They don't charge me anything if I need them to come out in between when I'm having an issue. They respond very quickly and they are very, very nice to work with. They know the true meaning of customer service. Their price was excellent.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and they did a good job. There wasn’t anything exceptional and I don’t have anything to complain about. The ants don’t seem to come back. My interaction with them was minimal but professional. The work they did turned out good. The price was a little high.
