They were really good. They sprayed the perimeter of our house and our backyard so we don't have any bugs.

The service worked out great. They are courteous, on time, and do what they say they are going to do. We are under a contract.

I reviewed Bulwark Exterminating Service on Angie's List. They were graded an "A" and got numerous positive reviews. I called Bulwark and talked to Craig to schedule an interior and exterior preventative treatment. Craig set up an appointment two days later. Spiders and ants had recently run amok in my front and rear yards. Craig gave me a specific time period (10 am to 12 Noon) when the field specialist would show up. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Brady Matus called me at 9:30 AM to inform me that he was early and right around the corner from my house. I instructed Brady to spray the exterior yards, and that I would be home in 10 minutes. Brady was well dressed, well groomed, articulate, intelligent, personable and professional. He explained the process of the treatment, then finished the interior of the house. The bill that was presented matched the quote that Craig gave me (how nice not to be subjected to a "bait and switch" scam). Bulwark's service was exceptional. The entire process was a positive experience. I have signed up for Bulwark's bi-monthly service. There is a very good reason that Bulwark Exterminating has received the Angie's List Super Service Award several times during the last few years - they are the best.

They were great to honor this coupon which was very old. They called and left a message that they were just going to come out and spray the outside which was not what I needed. Most important was the inside as I had sugar ants. Had to call back and reschedule with a time that I would be home. They did come and do both inside and out. For an initial service was surprised that they would think only an exteriour application would be acceptable.

They did an extremely thorough and professional job, including by unscrewing the electrical outlets, squirting in the stuff, and putting everything back in order. I was extremely happy with everything and have signed up for them to come back every two months. I highly recommend them.

Casey showed up during the time frame I had been told he would arrive within. He took to the job, and worked around everyone else who was in and out of the home (I was moving into a new home and to try and maximize efficiency by having as many services completed at the same day. Unfortunately the A/C guy, furniture delivery and the cable installers all showed up at basically the same time.) Casey was patient with the hindrances caused by other persons working in and around the house. Following this initial service, I was advised if pests were seen after the first week to call and the service would be repeated. Following the initial service, we received roughly 5" of rain, most of which fell in a very short period of time. seemingly as a result of the large amount of rain, and from what the neighbors have called an "infestation of scorpions", we did find a few scorpions in the house after the first week. I contacted the company, who promptly scheduled Casey to come back out. Casey again conducted a full service, this time at no charge. Starting with the first treatment I noticed the effectiveness of the treatment, as I took noticed of how many dead bugs collected each day, roughly three to six feet from the exterior walls of my home. I am also happy to say, as measure to avoid any of our young children from being stung by a scorpion, we took to actively looking for them each night, both near the exterior and on the interior of our home. We have gone roughly a week now, with out being able to find any near our home, little lone in our home. I am very happy with Bulwark and will continue to use them.

They were punctual and very efficient. They came in and did their work and left. They called to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of service and reminded me that if need be they will come back and spray again. So we were pleased with the offer and the product. I have my house that I am now calling to get them to come out and exterminate for me.

I contacted Angie's List and Bulwark regarding a special one time deal for a nocturnal bug spray. Garrett at Bulwark was extremely informative and patient with my numerous questions. Nick, the technician, came out to do the work. He called a half hour before arrival to let us know he was on the way. He put on booties before coming in the house. He was beyond polite, thorough and took his time to carefully, neatly and meticulously cover each area inside. We were so impressed. He did a great job outside as well. Even though it was late at night and I am sure he was ready to end his day, he never acted like he was in a hurry to get the job done. I would highly recommend Bulwark.

I just purchased my home a few months ago and wanted to get it serviced for scorpions. I have not seen any but I am fairly close to the mountains so I wanted to make sure that I have no issues. Bulwark Exterminating did an excellent job and the service agent was very professional and really did a good job. The service was very thorough including removing the wall outlet covers and servicing the area inside the wall. I signed up for continued service and am a satisfied new customer.

Great! They are extremely nice on the phone and through e-mail, and they respond very quickly. They have come to our house several times over the past 2 months to spray. If you still have ants, etc. 5-7 days after they spray, they are extremely friendly and will come back out to spray again, no problem and no extra charge. We signed up for their monthly plan at about $25/month. We like them a lot. Reliable and responsive and friendly!

It went fine. We were pleased. We are having them back every two months.

They are amazing! They were very professional and polite. They get the job done and explain everything they were going to do in the appointment. Scheduling an appointment is awesome. They are serving my house monthly now.

Perfect timing for me for the service. Just moved into the house with scorpions. Turned out to be great. Nick Went above and beyond what I expected. Was extremely thorough. I had concerns about were scorpions were hiding, he checked them out

It was fine. They have had to come back twice from the initial service--once to come inside and spray again for earwigs and twice for ants outside.

This didn’t turn out all that well. They were responsive, but we had to call them out a second time because we still had bugs about a week after they had come out. They sprayed again but we saw bugs again after that. Overall, they were responsive but their treatment was not very effective.

Scheduling was good. The overall experience was OK with them.

When setting up the appointment I was transferred to three different people before someone could help me. Then I got the 10-minute speech on their services before they set it up. The gentleman arrived on time, sprayed the interior and exterior of my home, and gave me a paper with the details of all the products used. No one tried to upsell me or get me to sign a contract at that time. I have since received two calls to make sure we were happy with the service. Almost 2 months later, we haven't seen any scorpions. We have seen quite a few earwigs though, and I was under the impression that the products used would take care of any pest, but maybe I was wrong. Overall it was an easy experience and if we had a bug problem we would probably call them again.

Very professional and friendly service person explained best prevention for crickets and sprayed in all areas where crickets might b present.

Jason was great - prompt, professional, thorough and polite. I was very happy with the service and with all contacts with the company since then. I am confident that Bulwark can take care of any pest problems I might have while also protecting my pets and my home. I've signed up for bi-monthly, ongoing service with them.
