Brady was fantastic and their customer service support was excellent. They called to check in and returned promptly for follow up.

Moving from Denver, N.C. to Mint Hill, N.C. presented many changes involving health care providers, lawn care, vet health care, etc. Pest control was on this list. Needless to say there are many pest control companies through out the Charlotte area. I was extremely satisfied with the company I had in Denver and I wasn't sure if I could find someone who could at least equal the standards. I contacted several companies and used my experience in sales and marketing to come up with what I thought would be a good choice. Bulwark not only equaled but surpassed the standards of my prior pest control provider. I didn't think it would happen but it did. In every category they met MY standards and have gone beyond what I may have expected. In every category if I were able to give an "11", I would have. Bulwark is an exceptional company and I would have no problem recommending them to family and friends.

The employee arrived on time and was very professional in his explanations etc. However, he tracked dirt into the house without even noticing or stopping. I had to ask him to remove his shoes since I have light colored carpet. Other vendors have either automatically taken off their shoes or brought and used shoe covers...I would expect them to at least be conscious of what is happening and have a way to handle the issues that come with going both indoors and outdoors. In addition to spraying baseboards etc. inside, the house, the goal was to spray into outlet boxes. If I had known in advance, I could have opened them etc. As it was, some of them were not easy to open and therefore were left. I suppose it was not a huge issue, but again would be nice to know ahead of time to improve the results. Some of the baseboards seem to be discolored from the spray too. All in all, the service was adequate, but cculd have been much better.

It was good, smooth. He came and started out right away. He sprayed and did what he was supposed to do. I was pleased that he didn't disturb us.

Received an email that I would be contacted by service representative to schedule an appointment, was not contacted sent 3 email on the next 3 days , was contacted, MISSED CALL, called office twice to schedule appointment was treated rudely was on phone 7 minutes waiting transferred to 4 different people when asked to speak to manager was laughed at by CSR.

I had a spider problem outside, near my front door. The tech. arrived on time and worked both inside and out. I haven't seen a spider (or any other bug) since. The technician did a great job.

The Service Provider has been unresponsive. I would like a refund for this deal.

Had an excellent experience dealing with Bulwark Exterminating. On the initial call, I spoke with Gerard and he was very professional and explained in detail how the process worked. Answered all my questions. He was also flexible with scheduling the first visit which helped me out a lot. Garrett was the tech that came out for the service. He also very professional and prompt. He was very thorough in the treatment making sure he got every nook and cranny. It's been a little over a week and a lot of dead bugs. Have signed up for their every-other-month plan. every other monthly service - started by inside and outside service and the exterminator was very personable and friendly. After the first treatment, don't have to be home, for the maintenance and they continually remind you, that if you have any bugs showing on the inside of your house - they will come back and treat for them for free - I truly feel like $70 every other month is worth having a bug free home, especially in a place where huge crickets and scorpions are prevalent! No bugs so far - and it has been three months.

Did not do job due to scheduling conflicts.

It didn't seem to work and then they tried to charge me extra to respray. I did have one extra application but it didn't eradicate the problem. We were not satisfied with the service because after that additional application, we continued to have pest problems and we were informed that we just needed to pay again for service which I wasn't willing to do because they obviously cannot take care of that issue.

It went well. As advertised.

If we have problems, they come back with no charge. I like them because they have a kind of an automatic monthly appointment where they just call and say this is when we're coming and I don't have to be here. I don't have to schedule it. They show up and do what they need to do. They leave me a receipt showing me that they've been here. It's very easy if I need them to come to the house. They're very much maintain that perimeter so these bugs don't make it inside your house and I like that. The price is very competitive.

They are very good. They are knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with.

No problems with the company themselves as they were professional and responsive. However, the deal did not include termites which is what I need to have eliminated.

I haven't had any problems with roaches since hiring them back in October 2013. Their pricing is very fair.

They come every other month. They are efficient, neat, and clean. I do not have any bugs of any kind. Their service is excellent. I have no complaints with the price; it is a good price.

It was good the first time. They came out the second time because we had more issues. They accommodated my schedule and they were wonderful people to work with. They came out the second time with no charge.They are very accommodating, prompt, and they stand behind what they say. They will come again if you see more bugs.

They did fine. That was the first time I have used them. That was a Big Deal purchase for scorpion elimination in my property. The actual service was great. The tech was very respectful and answered a lot of questions. Everything was really good about the service, but the results we just have to know in a few months. The price was good.

We had them for many years and we're always satisfied. Always appropriate service when I call for anything extra like I found ants or something. Every summer there's a little bit of a heat wave and the ants like to come inside and they were right here to spray for us immediately and they always close the gate after them. They offer a lot of satisfaction surveys to keep a finger on the pulse.

They have done exterminating for years. The bought out a company here and it has been the same technician. The have also done some pre-emergencies in spring and maintenance. They are good. Their service people are really good, they are on time and they do what they are supposed to do.

The guy does a great job. He knocks on the door and ask an update of any critters that we seen lately. We had some ants that came in from a neighbor yard. He added an additional complementary service and he fixed that problem for that as well. They do a great job and I'm very pleased with them. They spray every month so if you have any problems, you just call them and on the next day, they will respray and don't charge you for it. They're always right there and I'm very impressed. All of our neighbors used them too because some of the people had problems with scorpions and all the rest of the companies wanted to charge them extra to take care of it. They all switched over to Bulwark because they said that it's their part of their service.

I guess they were fine. They did come back and fix it but I just had them over again last week. I have scorpions in my house and they got rid of them the first time because they sprayed the whole backyard and everything. I didn't realized that every two months when they were coming, they were only spraying the front and back doorway. They weren't getting the yard so we're still getting scorpions inside. I think every time my dogs are coming outside, they bring the scorpions in from outside because they weren't spraying the yard and I thought they were. Without the other people that we've had over spraying the house, they spray the whole yard, they spray everything every time they come back over but I saw the guy only spraying the back and front. I called them back and the guy did come and sprayed my whole yard but if they charged me for that, I don't understand what he was saying, I just wanted them to come back and spray the whole yard like they were supposed to. If it's more than 70$ at shot, I'm not going to keep them. We have a park next to were we live in our home owner's association and the park run off from their sprinklers was coming under our fence. For years, we didn't even know it and it got my ground all wet underneath so we had scorpions all on that side of the house. That's how they actually started coming in the house. The water had ate our fence so when they fixed the fence, they said that thousands of scorpions are living under there between the stacked water and the black wall. That's why I called them because they said they can get rid us from the scorpions and they surely did. We had a few coming in after that and then they didn't showed up for 5 months. They started showing up again because they hadn't been spraying the whole yard and they said that they didn't know that they were supposed to but we talked about how many scorpions we had so why they don't spray the whole yard when I have 3 dogs? They fixed it and hopefully, they won't be charging me extra for that. It's a normal pricing so that was fine.

The work was good. They came out a second time because we had other issues and they came out the second time and accomodated my schedule. Wonderful people to work with. I purchased a big deal for this service for their first time out. The second time was no charge. They are on a regular monthly now. What ever you need, they are prompt, they are accomodating. They stand behind what they say.
