A professional company. They show up when scheduled and do a thorough job. The exterminating technician always checks with me to see if I have any particular pest problems and then addresses it. Very responsive. I am pleased with the service I get from them.

This was for whole-house extermination of scorpions. Haven't seen one in MONTHS!!!!

No problems. Have not had any issues with insect subsequent to treatment

So far, no issue with bugs, ants, etc.

I purchased the deal for my mother to use. She was very happy with the service. She ended up paying an additional fee to have them re-kay 5 locks. She thought the additional pricing was reasonable and schedule the deal for her was easy.

Arrived at the appointed time and completed the work quickly.

It was great. He explained things well. He was on time. As far as I can tell he did a thorough job and didn't need a lot of direction. I haven't had any issues with pests since then.

I originally wrote a bad review for Bulwark. They scheduled service and came out when I wasn't available. The messages scheduling the visits were left while I was traveling and stated that if they didn't hear back they would assume the date and time were acceptable. I was unable to call back due to my travel schedule. As a result they only sprayed a quarter of my property. I received a phone call from their Quality Control Manager after I posted the negative review. He apologized for the miscommunication, removed the charges from my account, and has scheduled an appointment to spray my home when I'm actually available. He was very professional and courteous and made up for the poor communication that occurred. I was very disappointed with the miscommunication because their staff had been so professional and the technician I originally saw was great. I can now say I would recommend Bulwark again - they've addressed my concern, fixed my account, and made notes on my account so communication stays positive moving forward.

It was good. I went with them because my previous pest control was not working so I thought I would give them a chance. It has been good so far. Their price was right along with everybody else.

Scheduler explained the process, and the technician came out and preformed the work. I have not seen any more pests since treatment. I believe the treatment schedule is every two months.

Bulwark always comes on time and are very professional. For the past year, roughly, we've had the same guy and he's always polite and professional. If there is ever any concern, they don't hesitate to come back as soon as they can to take care of any problems. We've used Bulwark for years and will continue to do so while having this level of service.

These ant hills were so large that when I stepped on one,unknowingly, there were at least 50 or 60 up my pant leg within 20 seconds or so before I realized they were on the move. I truly had ants in my pants! When Bulwark came out they were a few minutes early (first morning appt I think). Very professional as I took him around the exterior of the house. I was asked if I wanted to treat inside. I declined because I had not yet seen ants in the house. It was mentioned that should the treatment not take care of them in a week that I could call back and they would return for no additional charge. The hills were so large that I was going to be quite surprised if any kind of treatment would have taken care of them in the first week. I called to schedule a second visit and customer service was quite professional and again the second visit was just a prompt, professional, and thorough. There were a few ants still around after the second treatment. I truly was not surprised but the third treatment, at no additional cost, has seemed to do the trick. No sightings. I would certainly recommend the Bulwark team.

Justin showed up on time as scheduled and was extremely professional and took the time to answer all of our questions and address all our concerns. He walked us through each step that he performed and walked us through what to expect the next few days, etc. Justin knows bugs and he knows how to get rid of them. I signed up for an ongoing contract and would highly recommend this company. Update - July 2015. Still with this company and they do an incredible job.

The technician did a very thorough job of covering everything. He applied product to every part of the yard, the wall and the house, up to approximately 8 feet. He took his time and explained what he was doing. He made sure I was satisfied with the service before leaving. He explained the service was guaranteed. The would return for a reapplication if we saw any scorpions. We did see a couple over the next week. I called them back but when I did it was beyond the warranty period. They made an exception and reapplied.

We were contacted promptly. The technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. We have subsequently signed up for a bi-monthly maintenance plan for pest control.

The actual treatment was done very professionally. The provider showed up on time, prepared to do the work and once the confirming paperwork was signed, quickly and efficiently went about treating our residential property. The reason we called was that we found a scorpion chasing a smaller spider in our kitchen. Not surprisingly, there were more scorpions outside. Now, there won't be, at least not for awhile. The only difficulty seemed to be in getting scheduled. About a month after we paid for the special service, we had not received a phone call to schedule. We initiated contact ourselves. Ultimately it involved several phone calls as none of the people we talked to seemed to be authorized to actually schedule the appointment. It was as if we talked to someone who had to talk to the scheduler and then call us back. After 3 or 4 calls, we got our appointment. If you use this company, be prepared for this kind of hassle. Once they are scheduled however, you can relax and let them do the necessary.

Seemed that the representative was completed in a very short amount of time. Was busy and didn't time him? We have a 3/4 acre lot and thought it would take more time?

they sprayed the house as promised and told me what to do about any problem areas. they also came back for free when our daddy long leg spiders re-appeared!

Once we got the app squared away everything went great. Technician was prompt and explained everything. He was very professional and efficient, he even left scorpion disposable replacement traps for the gsrsge.

The advertisement stated the company would also do the eaves. I was told that since I was not having a problem other than wasps there was no need for them to treat the eaves. I asked for it to be treated since it was advertised that this was included in the price but was told they do not treat unless there is an issue. Service was not performed as advertised.

I wasn't home, my husband was. I think he tried to sell other things but we didn't buy them. I think he just sprayed around the outside. It wasn't everything that the "Big Deal" listed, because it said that they would come back the next night with a light and spray again but that never happened. I haven't seen any scorpions. They did it when we asked for it.

They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable.

Bugs were gone after visit. Once they returned Bulwark returned free of charge for a second spraying. We have not seen the bugs since.
