Technician was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and why. He got straight to work and completed the service in a timely manner. We were very happy and have not seen any scorpions on our property at night when searching via blacklight. We will be using them for their maintenance service every 2 months.

My experience with the big deal purchase from Bulwark Exterminating-Mesa went well. What stood out the most was the customer service. The cost of the service was very fair. I absolutely will consider using Bulwark again in the future.

Chance J. (my assigned tech) called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he rang the door bell, greeted me, and asked me if I was having any specific pest issues. After I gave him the info, he went ahead and treated the exterior of the house and payed extra attention to some problem areas that I had pointed out with ants. I could have also had the inside of the house treated (which I have done on previous occasions, but was not needed this time). He also asked if I wanted him to leave the service receipt with details of work performed in a specific location, or if I wanted him to check with me at the end of the service. I noticed he also used a brush like tool to clear cob webs from the window sills, etc. All in all, I'm always impressed with Bulwark's service, professionalism, and friendliness. If you ever have an issue with recurring pests, they will come by for a free re-treatment.

Once the service got here, it was great but their office and sales team were horrible. Then a guy named Tyler got here. He was a great, great enthusiasm, great professionalism, very helpful, went far and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied here. He was profusely apologizing and try to make it right and showed the type of service that he is committed. I think there is a complete disconnect between the team and the office.

I have not seen a scorpion in my house since having the service 6 weeks ago

The treatment for termites was just completed. Too early to see if treatment was effective. I also had my home sprayed for bugs which I paid an additional $99.00. Will know in a couple weeks if the spraying gets rid of bug problem. The company was very prompt in coming to my home when I contacted them.

It seemed to go OK though, after a month, I found another live scorpion.

Jason first explained what he would be doing and how it was the latest method of preventing pest infestations. He was very efficient and careful, respecting the cleanliness of my home.

Treatment was applied on schedule and had a dramatic effect on pests. Multiple requests for retreatment were honored during the warranty period. In general the pest folks were professional and efficient.

They're conversational. They always check and see what problems we may have had and any concerns we have. They go around and take care of the problem.They work fast, very nice, and very careful.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $99.00 for interior and exterior pest control services from Bulwark Exterminating. The gentleman that called me a day or so after my purchase was very polite and professional. He described the services that are provided, explained how they go about applying their pest control products and was able to schedule me for the date and time that I was available. The initial appointment was scheduled between 10:00AM and 11:30AM but due to some delays, the gentleman did not arrive until around 1:30PM. I was a bit disappointed that I did not receive a telephone call from the company letting me know that there would be a delay in arrival as I could have taken care of a couple of other things that two hour period. I did call and speak to someone at Bulwark regarding the delay and she explained that normally the procedure is to notify the service recipient but somehow that was not done in my case and apologized for the inconvenience. The gentleman who arrived to provide services was Attila. He was extremely professional and explained exactly what he would be doing as far as the application of their pest control products. After the process was completed he also explained the recurring service option and I went ahead and signed up to receive further pest control services every two months at a rate of $69.00 each visit with free visits in between if needed. Aside from the initial delay of service arrival and subsequent lack of communication therein (things like that happen from time to time) I am very pleased with the services provided and hope to continue our business relationship!

Tyler was the technician and very cordial and personable on his visit. He wanted to know of our concerns and explained what he would be doing during his nighttime visit.

Excellent. Chris Coleman came to service our property. He was on-time; friendly; patient; explained the services to me; got to know me and my needs for the service and spent a good deal of time spraying. I even had a pleasant experience calling into Bulwark when I was inquiring about the company.

Our technician was friendly and knowledgable, and took care of spraying all the "trouble areas" we've seen scorpions before. Since we started having our house treated by Bulwark every month, we haven't had any more unwanted pests inside the house, which has been a huge relief! I would absolutely recommend Bulwark to others considering a pest control service.

Everything went well - we had some scheduling errors up front but once worked out it was great. Very friendly and informative.

It was great. Travis came here was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the procedure and you could tell from his demeanor he loves his job. He explained if I see any insects at all just to call and he would come back and take care of the problem. I signed up for continued treatment.

They did a good job. He was nice. This was the second time I've used them and it was the same guy that came out.

The appointment went very well and the technician was very thorough and friendly. My only critique is for the technician to call before they show up, given that there is a window of time that the technician will show up.
