The Do's Kyle is wonderful the best Exterminator we have had. He will always be our first choice. When we hear that someone else will be coming out we know they don't do as good as Kyle! He cares about his work & his customers. that is the kind of person I welcome into me home. THANK YOU KYLE!

There was a scheduling mix-up. But once the appointment happened everything was great. Tech was professional and knowledgeable. Haven't seen a scorpion since.

WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH KRISTOPHER AND BULWARK! SINCE WE WERE SPRAYED, I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY LIVE SCORPIONS, BUT I HAVE FOUND 3 DEAD ONES! I WILL DEFINITELY BE USING BULWARK AGAIN! KRISTOPHER CAME OUT, AND HE WAS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WENT OVER OUR ENTIRE YARD--FRONT AND BACK, AND SEARCHED FOR SCORPIONS. HE ALSO SPRAYED OUR ENTIRE PROPERTY. HE ALSO CAME INSIDE THE HOUSE AND TOOK OFF THE ELECTRICAL PLATES THAT FACE OUTSIDE AND SPRAYED INSIDE THEM. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME! I RECOMMEND BULWARK TO ANYONE WANTING A PROFESSIONAL TEAM TO RID YOUR PROPERTY OF SCORPIONS.

Lousy service. The techs are professional but everything having to do with admin is real bad. They forget to schedule service, service start up was clumsy and every dealing with office staff has been frustrating. We referred bulwark to some friends and they got the two accounts confused and called us when trying to service our friends house. Initially they could not understand what to do with my on line payment.

The first go around they didn't get everything, but they came back complementary and took care of it.

Simple to schedule and quickly resolved. I was pleased with their service.

Went very well. We've had very few scorpions since the service.

My first interaction was ok. The second time I reached out to them to use an Angie's List coupon I just accessed on the website, they claimed they were no longer offering that discount. Then just last month, they called me offering me 50% off a monthly treatment program. The program costs $60 per month. So, I first said, so the program will cost me $30 per month? They said no, $60. Then I said in that case, the program normally costs $120? They said no, it's $60. I then challenged them, well where is the 50% off? They responded well the warranty is for 6 months vs. 3 months... This company repeatedly engages in false and misleading advertising. They need to be investigated!

Everything went well and I haven't had any issues since. We had a few coordination issues to get them out here but once they did come out and did the service, it went well. It was worth it.

I've contracted with Bulwark for over 10 years to provide pest control treatment to my residence in Mesa. They always do a thorough service and treatment of my residence and will happily return at no cost if there is any observance of a pest in-between their standard service. Scheduling of my service is done based on my needs and the service technician has been working my neighborhood and home for several years so he knows the area well and how to treat for prevention. He is also very professional, polite and extremely customer service oriented.

he was not going to stray the interior but agreed to it when ask. Exactly32 days after they spray the bugs started to appear.

a gentleman from the company came and did a great job. was very professional, through, friendly. problem is they assume they will be continuing service. so they came by and asked for payment when they weren't even scheduled or asked to.

They did what they said they would. Period.

The young men, Aaron and Jake who came to my house were extremely polite and thorough in their explanation of the Scorpion treatment. They answered all my questions. They did not disrupt my schedule in the least and wrapped it up in a timely manner. They told me to call if I see a scorpion in the coming weeks which so far, I have not. I am planning on using them again. Very Happy.

Great service, no problems. We will be doing bi monthly maintenance with them.

We were very impressed with Bulwark. Our tech called us beforehand to confirm the appointment, and then arrived on time. He talked with us to understand all of our past pest issues and hotspots, and overall was very friendly and interested in helping us personally. When we found a scorpion following the treatment (not unexpected), Bulwark sent someone the next day to retreat.

The biggest hurdle was scheduling; it required 3 tries to actually get the spraying done. There was one attempt to upsell me on regular services which was poorly timed, given the challenge of scheduling a single visit. Luckily, the third appointment was successful. The technician was personable and took time to explain what he was using, where he'd use each chemical and why. He also took his time treating my home and yard. He's a genuine asset to the company! The treatment appears to be successful, since I've seen no more scorpions so far.

He was punctual and friendly. He even corrected the service information as the sales rep set up the appointment and tried to upsel me, but I didn't agree to upsell and he still marked that I had...

It worked very well and I didn't see scorpions at all for 2 months, despite being adjacent to the Preserve.

It was not great. The way it was advertised it was a three stages treatment and they had to come out three times to get it done. I having to call them back and saying, "Hey what were you guys supposed to do because I still have scorpions?" And some guy came out like at 10 o'clock at night and sprayed and then somebody came out another day when I was at work and sprayed. And I still have scorpions and said, "Wasn't I supposed to get an inside treatment?" and they said, "Oh yeah." And so then the third guy came out and did an inside treatment and everybody that I talked to said, "Oh, you won't see scorpions for at least two months." and that was not the case. They were responsive. I mean they came back and they knew they hadn't done what I had contracted to have them do but I had to keep calling them. The first time the guy came at night it had rained that they and so he said he would have someone call me to schedule the second treatment and they never did, I had to call them. The price was great. I would not use them again.

Not well. below expectations and had to return due to equipment failure after saying they had other places to go?

We purchased the Big Deal on Angie's List for a new home. The tech was on time, very friendly, answered any questions we had & completed the work we requested. We had no problems with scheduling. This was a very good experience and easy transaction. Worth the money!

Bulwark has been excellent about responding to any of our needs, concerns and requests. They have come back out anytime we have a concern with pests in between scheduled treatments and have even offered us a free overall yard treatment due to miscommunication over sales and service. I have been VERY impressed with Bulwark's follow up, customer service and overall pest control services!

I talked to the salesman on the phone and he told me everything that the technician that came out would do. Technician arrived and I told him the salesman told me that they would spray all the rocks on my property and spray all the fence too. My fence is 5' away from the house on the sides and there's only a few feet of rocks in the backyard because we have a pool with a lot of concrete. The technician began broadcasting some granules around my property by hand. I could see through the window that it looked like an inconsistent broadcast. Then, he began spraying the rocks down with something and didn't do the cracks between the pillars and the fence. I had an A/C company come out at the same time and I was sidetracked. Basically, they treated the outside in 10 minutes. Way too quick to be consistent. Then the technician went inside. The salesman told me on the phone that they would put some chrysanthemum dust in all the plumbing locations by opening up escutcheons and broadcasting the dust inside that would kill scorpions. The salesman also told me they don't spray inside the house because the bugs come in from outside and treating the outside would work and it was guaranteed. The technician went inside the house where my wife followed him around while I was outside with the A/C company. 5 minutes later he came outside and said he was done. I went inside to talk to my wife and asked what they did and she told me he cape in with an aerosol can of Cyckick and sprayed the baseboards. I have a 3000 SF house. I asked if he dusted the plumbing with chrysanthemum dust and she said no. I went outside to talk to the technician already in his vehicle and he said he did. I figured my wife may have missed something and went into talk to her again and she said he didn't open up any plumbing escutcheons and just sprayed the baseboards. Don't buy all the hype the salesmen tell you. They are too quick to be good and over-promise and under-deliver as evidence of the bugs never really going away. They did come out again to spray and the technician was inside for less than 5 minutes and the same for outside.
