I was very happy with their services and plan to use them in the future.

Bulwark came out within two days to apply a potent pesticide to our fencing and house interior and exterior. We saw only dead scorpions and bugs for one week. Then when I spotted another live scorpion in my house I called Bulwark and they came out to treat the exterior of my property again. I am very pleased with their customer service and treatment plan, so I switched my regular exterminating business to their company.

They were on time and thorough. Ad was described as a night treatment. It was done in the afternoon.

Experience was great. Anthony Duran was our technician and he was very helpful, patient, and polite. He addressed all of our concerns and informed us that if we needed anything to just call and they would come back out and help. Happy to continue to use Bulwark due to their exceptional customer service.

Austin Dunn did and excellent job he was quick and thorough.

They were both professional and did a very good job with the spraying and putting granules. They explain to me what they did after completing the work. We have been using Bulwark for quite a while now. After completing work and problems come up, you can call them and they will come back out.

We have a contract with them. One time we tried to get them out and they had some confusion. It works well. The workers are good. The guys that come out are always very personable and they explain what they're doing well.

They're doing good. They are really good. If we see bugs, we call them and they come out pretty quick. They tell us that too. After they leave, they go, "We treated your place. If you see any bugs, don't hesitate to call us and we'll come back and do another treatment."

He also took extra in the problem areas under the kitchen appliances an in the bathrooms. Damian, our new technician from Bulwark Exterminating, did a very thorough job spraying our property. He was very pleasant to talk to as he explained what we could do to also minimize some of the spiders and bugs after he sprayed. We look forward to Damian being our technician.

They completed the external treatment but interior treatment had to be done on later date as we had an expecting mother at home. The professional who visited us mentioned that he would check with his boss and come for internal spray at later date but I have not heard from them since

This was a big deal purchase and it was alright. They were very nice, pleasant and professional. It did not actually keep scorpions away. It was disappointing because they promised upwards, sideways and down that we would not see a single scorpion for at least a few months and probably the rest of the year and we have found seven since then. But, you know, what do you do, right? They were very professional and very thorough. We were very happy with the gentleman who came to do the service. We were just bummed that we had scorpions. We paid exactly what the price of the big deal was.

The office mixed up with the appointment and confused with following week then the week we scheduled. I have to call to check but the lady was able to make the arrangement accordingly to come out to do the service.

Technician Brandon Wright did a very thorough job of spraying the perimeter of the house to keep bugs from coming inside.

Good - I plan to continue to use their services as long as they continue the services provided in the initial spraying.
