It went great! Daniel went out of his way to find all the little ant hills in our backyard and he sprayed them all.

I wasn't entirely satisfied. The reason being they came out and then I was still having some problems with some bug and there were flying insects inside and when they came out they just said we can't take care of that. There is nothing that we can do for flying insects in the home, so I wasn't happy. I actually have to get another exterminator because I am still having the problem. I don't believe they charged anything more. I think they need to be honest you know when I called and said I need you to come back because I am still having insect problem. They probably could have said you know what if you have some flying bugs in the house we don't take care of that and we only treat things from the outside. They were really good in coming out and they did treat the inside as well as the outside of the house and so they did keep up that end of the bargain but I still had insects. I would never use them again.

Martin from Bulwark showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. He performed the services expertly and went the extra mile for us. You can continue to send Martin for our service.

Austin was GREAT! The guys from Bulwark are always great to work with, because they LISTEN to any issues you may be having first, before they perform their service. They take the time to do things right, and we always appreciate that.

Very well. The guy that came out was very nice and did an excellent job. He was surprised how many black widows we had. They have accumulated over the past couple of years and this was the second time we had an exterminator to come out to get rid of them. I felt Bulwark was much more thorough than the last company we hired to do the same job.

Well I figured I'd wait a while to see how long our pests are gone, so far it seems clear of pests and it's been a few months. Some companies say they need to come out every month, but the service they did seems to last longer than that.

John Crwaford is my technician. John always asks if there are any particular issues that have come since last treatment. I have been having some issues with scorpions inside the past few months. He always goes over the course of treatment for the issue I am having. I have called in between treatment about spiders or scorpions and they always schedule a appointment right away so they can come back out. They are very responsive. I have had their service for a number of years and very satisfied with their service and especially with my technician John. I would definitely recommend Bulwarks to any one.

We initially had some problems with the scheduling. We were scheduled for a Friday, but the exterminator never showed up. Toward the end of the day (of sitting home and waiting, when in fact, I really needed to be out doing some errands), I called to find out that somehow someone has messed up in scheduling and there was some miscommunication and no one was coming. So I was told that someone would come the next day (Saturday afternoon between 1 - 3:30 PM). I was home all day. While I was in my bedroom in the back of the house, I heard a little noise in the front. I went to the front door to investigate the noise and found a door hangar stating the Bulwark was there, but I was not home. But when I looked outside, I saw that the Bulwark truck was still parked in front of my house and the exterminator was busy writing something. So I ran outside, barefoot and burning my feet on the hot concrete (it was 114 degrees that day) I banged on his truck window to indicate I was home. He apologized for not ringing the doorbell (which I would have heard). Then he did come into the house and do the work. He was very professional and did a good job. It's just at my age, I don't have a lot of years to waste waiting on scheduled appointments that do not show. And had I not gone to the front of the house to investigate a soft noise, the exterminator would have left with a hangar that I was not home. I showed him the doorbell and asked him to use it next time.

EricB treated myhouse today. We found a scorpion in the garage just feet away from my precious daughter. Eric is always friendly and extremely thorough. he explained everything he was going to do. Bulwark always does a good job and I would not use anyone else. Eric is the best.

After doing some research, I decided to use Bulwark. They were prompt and courteous on the phone, had service call set up for Saturday morning so I didn't have to miss any work. Lance came out and walked me through steps. After answering all my questions, Lance started inside my home, moved to the garage before using the power spray on the perimeter of the house. Lance took care of the front yard, sides of the house and even explained what he did along back patio -- what to expect in the days and weeks to come and will have service started for 2 month intervals. The whole ordeal was painless. I was thoroughly impressed.

They were vigilant on making sure to finish the job and work around my schedule. They were kind and willing to go the extra mile. I am very pleased with them and will use them again.

Bulwark did provide a gratis follow up appointment and re-sprayed in a couple of troubling spots. They also offered to provide a quarterly spray agreement @ $69 per visit. Based on this, I would definitely give this company A+ rating across the board.

Did go well on the second instance and there was genuine effort from them to resolve the situation.

Lace S was easy to work with and was quick. They called in the early day and asked to reschedule for later which was fine and then were early. He got everything done quickly and was very friendly.

The tech, Austin Munn, was professional and exceptional. He not only did the spraying, he put out extra "traps" and explained what scorpion bites can and cannot do to humans and animals. Wonderful service!

It's been a couple of weeks since they sprayed. Some bugs starting to show up in same place. Fortunately, they have a return policy for 60 days so I may have them return and spray again. The price I paid was a $69 special. I live in a small condo with an outside patio area where they sprayed. (No indoor spray because of my animals.) I asked if I could have a regular 3-month service visit for same price. They said $99 and I thought that was too much. That's why I gave a B on price and won't hire again because I know I can get a better price.
