He's Always on time, helpful & knowledgeable to any questions or concerns that I have in regards to our scorpion issues & if unavailable, he always gets back to me in a timely manner. Started service today. Ashley arrived on time and was friendly and professional. She explained what she was doing and why. She took care of the inside and outside. Was careful to put things back the way they were when done (if they had to be moved) and made sure the gate was closed when she was done so the dogs wouldn't run out.

Our tech, Michael Spletstoser, is the best! He is always in a good mood, friendly and professional. I have a large home/property and he does a very thorough job. I like getting text message reminders and if I contact the office to reschedule, or ask questions, the phone is answered promptly and my problems are solved.

Very well. I was home and was able to have technician do inside garage and house as well as outside. Mike Spletstoser did a good job and also informed me about keeping scorpions and other pests out of our houses.

I have been using Bulwark for many years for pest control at my home in Dobbins Creek. They generally did a good job early on, but I occasionally felt there might have been lapses in attention to service level. I've have experienced first hand how they worked at becoming better by hiring and keeping excellent service technicians. John Crawford has been servicing my home for well over a year now and I am impressed with his attention to detail. He always listens to any concerns I may have and strives to address them. I must say however, I usually don't have many concerns since he does an excellent job.

Austin comes to our house every other month and does a wonderful job! He gets rid of spider webs and sprays outside around the house and in the yard. Once in a while I will ask him to spray inside if I have seen any kind of insect. They will come out again if you see any bugs inside, especially scorpions. I would recommend Bulwark...

It went well, I was pleased with them.

It took several times to get them under control. If I find one in the house they come right away with no charge. i still have to go out at night and kill them.

I originally purchased the scorpion treatment a few months back. There was a mix up in the office and I received the normal service but I was still satisfied with what I received. The office contacted me and offered to come out and do the scorpion treamtment. There was no charge. The follow through and professionalism that Bulwark showed is rarely seen nowadays and I was very pleasantly encouraged by them! There was no pressure for further service and they went out of their way to make me happy. The technician was Cavett Richards. He was on time and called ahead. He was very pleasant and thorough with his work and informing me about the service done. On top of that I was moving a bedroom set from the garage by myself and he offered to move the bed for me!! Now that is above and beyond! Thank you Cavett. Bulwark is lucky to have you to represent their company. Because of him, I am now considering switching to them for my regular service.

They give me an estimate of the time that they will be coming. They always ask if there are any issues. They always ask if we have any issues inside to be sprayed inside. If I am not home they always leave a note on the door that they were here. They always send an email the day before they come as to what hours they will be here. If there is an issue with me for any reason I can reschedule it. They always knock on the door and notify me that they are in the yard. They ask about any issues we may have, pests that we may have, or anything that we may see or need to have done. Then when they are finished they always leave the tag on the door that they are finished. We don't seem to have the issues we had before they starting working for us. They are always polite. Usually it's the same person, which I like. So he gets to know the house and our issues if we have any rats in the yard.

I mentioned to them that we had a pack rat out in the yard and that I was concerned. He said that they could put the trap in. I am pretty happy with them. They come when they say they are going to. I know he is here out in the yard because he lets me know he is here. I don't really watch them. Sometimes I don't even know when they leave. The only time I ever know anything is if I need them to come inside because I have seen something inside. Which I haven't in over a year.
