I paid for a one time visit. The person who came to my home was inside the home for 5 minutes. He did not spray anywhere and only removed one of my electrical outlet covers and placed something inside. He did not remove the cobwebs outside as stated on the coupon. I asked him to remove them...he spent a few minutes and barely removed them. (I live in a one story home, so they were reachable.) He did not spend a lot of time out front and back either. However, he did use my water to refill his truck. I have had scorpions, black widows and many bugs still in my home. I just received another bill for $79.99 for a service they claimed they did. I was not home on the day they "said" they came. My back yard is locked, so they did not do the back yard and they did not do the inside of the home. If they did spray the front, they missed the seven black widows I have had to kill this week. NOT IMPRESSED!

I ordered for all natural pest control but they came over and did regular pest control. After 3-4 weeks, i started noticing some pests again.

I have to say Bulwark has some very nice young men working for them. This was Seth's first time here. He called before he came and let me know when he would be at my house. I was impress with the strength of his handshake and the fact that he looked straight in my eyes as he shook my hand and introduced himself. That says a lot about a person. He did an excellent job as I asked him to come in and spray for cockroaches as a maintenance procedure. He was very accommodating and even sprayed under the sink besides spraying the drain in the shower. Seth is a definite asset to Bulwark.
