They came to where I live with my Grandma and did out initial service. very friendly and courteous. Dusted in all our outlets, sprayed in the back and around the outside. Seemed to have work great so far! Plus their phone staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable.

What I love is that they are always willing to come out in-between services if I see any unwanted critters. Casey and Ben were great!

It went well. Jason sprayed inside and outside. Unfortunately it was the day of the worst monsoon that night which, I'm sure, washed off all the treatment outside. When I phoned for a redo, they responded quickly and Jason redid the entire outside again. Their response time was excellent and, so far, I'm very happy with Jason's service.

The technician was extremely polite and personable.

Extremely happy with my first pest control service with Bulwark. I called Bulwark after being referred from a company that does not service the part of Buckeye that I live in. My prior pest control company was getting lazy and not knocking down spider webs (which was part of their service) even though I had confronted them about it in the past, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Efrain was the technician who was sent to service my house. He took the time to explain to me how and where all their products are applied. I was most impressed when he knocked on my door and asked me to follow him to my back patio after he power sprayed. There were a half dozen or more dying black widow spiders that came out of hiding. I was very disappointed to realize I had been wasting my money on another company to treat my house and finding out not only were they not knocking down spider webs, they apparently had not been treating the area around them either. After Efrain completed the job, I went back out to my patio and as expected, all the dead spiders and webs were gone. I think I am going to like this company!

Treatment seemed thorough, but we after a few days of humidity and rain, we actually saw a couple more scorpions, two of them indoors. Apparently the monsoon weather promotes activity. So I called for a re-spray and they came out again under warranty. The second time the tech hand-mixed a batch and applied a treatment around the stem walls of the house. We did have one rather ill scorpion on the front porch the next morning waving a white flag. I had to issue a Grade B for quality due the respray, but their service was excellent all around. Would recommend.

Bulwark is a great company we have used for almost 10 years. And out technician Chris is known at our house as the "scorpion slayer" :) He's the best! He keeps our house safe and bug free!

Our tech Drew Cook was very informational and professional. He took the time to explain the process and what to expect. You can tell he truly enjoys his job, very friendly and seemed happy to be here to help. We will definitely request him out as a tech again.

They performed as agreed and no more critters were seen during the remainder of the season. They made 2 trips as I recall, as part of the service.

Offer stated their Scorpion Tuck would come in the evening to spray. However was just a normal truck and came sprayed during the early afternoon, even though the offer stated would be in the evening with their other truck and chemicals. I should have thought something was up when they scheduled for the early afternoon. I figured they were probably backed up and needed to start earlier. Technician was nice enough and probably good for standard service, but he was in and out in about 10 minutes, like a standard pesticide spray. We have purchased this deal before and they did a very good job then. Last time they did come at night in their Scorpion Truck. Spent quite some time spraying and putting down powder, etc. We noticed a dramatic drop in the scorpions after that prior service. Disappointed this time around. Overall rating is for the services received, not for the technician himself.

I've had them get rid of pest for this past year. I've been mostly happy. I actually picked them because they have an "A" rating on Angie's List. I have service every other month. It's $69 every other month, it averages about $35 every month. If you need a treatment, they'll come out for free anytime between those two months. Actually they are coming out on Monday because I found a scorpion, so they are coming to retreat. They do not charge me for that retreatment. I feel like they sprayed everywhere they were supposed to, and worked hard to make sure that the treatment worked. I know that they have used my hose in the past, they needed water to hook up the spray. I didn't know that they needed to, they should have made that clear. They hooked up the treatment to my hose. I was not happy about that, if they had told me ahead that's what I could have expect. They didn't explain that. I feel positive about the fact when I first hired them, they came out 3 or 4 extra times to spray in between. It had not been sprayed in like a year, so I had several scorpions. They came out and sprayed it as many times until I got it under control. When I looked around it's a pretty typical price, $35 every month. or $70 every two months. It all works out to be about the same. The fact that they will come and spray anytime you have a problem without charging extra, I feel is positive. I don't think they are any different than the others. I know some that are higher. I had somebody knock on my door that charge $129, so I obviously was not going to go with them. They do what they tell you they are going to do, and they come when they tell you they are going to be there. They have always responded well to whenever I called for an extra spray or whenever they set me up on a schedule. They've always on time, they give you a window and they always come in that time frame. I've have not had a problem. I'll keep using them.

I mean I don't know if they really did anything to be honest with you. The guy was supposed to spray all around the house and spray inside but he never even came inside. Yeah I mean they sprayed all around the outside of the house but they didn't even come into the house like they were supposed to so. I know that I did contact them and couldn't come to a resolution but they called me back.

Bulwark is a great pest control company. We have worked with them for many years now, and they are always responsive and are happy to come out even out of the regular schedule if we have specific issues that arise. Mark Yates was our technician, and he did an excellent job. He made a point to come to the door and ask if there was any specific problems we were dealing with, and then he made sure to spend some extra time focusing on those areas in addition to the routine work he does on our property. I highly recommend Bullwark for any pest control needs.

He pointed out how they were probably coming in the front door so I put weatherstripping to prevent that in the future. He also sprayed. Had one roach in the 2 months since then.
