Nick Riley was the service technician who treated my home for the bi-monthly pest control service on 6/23/2018. He arrived within the specified time slot and did a thorough and professional job. He was polite - highly recommended.

Nick Riley from Bulwark pest control was the service technician for our bi-monthly pest control appointment on 4/17/2018. He was on time, professional and courteous. John Crawford has been servicing my house for several years. He is always punctual, always professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure that he provides the best service. He generally comes on the morning of my trash pickup and goes the extra mile by bringing my trash containers back up to where they sit behind the gate, then locks the gate for me before leaving. It's not a huge deal but it is an extra level of service that is by no means expected or required.

We are Bulwark customers...15+ years and have always received top notch service. Bulwark came out, in between regular service, to do a reinspect/retreat for the interior of our home. Nick Riley was thorough, friendly and very professional. We highly recommend Bulwark Pest Control.

We've had a recent issue with pack rats ... at least one had made it's home in our fireplace and was feasting on my potted plants/flowers during the wee hours of the evening. Our dog (terrier) was going crazy because she could "smell" it inside the walls of the fireplace. We called Bulwark since they are our pest control service to see what they could do. Aaron came out within a couple of days and set 4 traps around our backyard. He said he would return within a week to check the traps, which he did. The traps had actually caught 2 pack rats, one of which was behind the fireplace. Yay! Aaron removed the deceased, reset the traps, and said he would return again within a week. We couldn't be happier with the service and with Aaron's promptness and professionalism. Bulwark and their team are incredibly reliable and they do not hesitate to return if a pest problem should arise in between their bi-monthly service treatments, at no additional charge. We are 100% satisfied!
