Service Excellence. Jacob S came out to perform our monthly service. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and was gracious with his time. He answered all my questions and concerns. He educated me. Truly an asset to his company. Nice to meet someone who takes pride in his work and care for his customer.

Alex did a great job. Followed direction well and was able to add our home to his schedule at the very last minute! End of day no less.

OMG! ALEJANDRO LEATHERMAN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS VERY SENSITIVE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS TERRIFIED OF THE CREEPY CRAWLERS. HE WAS VERY POLITE, RESPECTFUL AND WAS GENUINELY CONCERNED. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT IN HIS WORK AND WAS ABLE TO EDUCATE US ON HOW THE BUGS WHERE GETTING INTO THE HOUSE AND THE TYPE OF BUG THAT THEY WHERE. Our technician John is amazing! Very thorough in servicing the backyard and throughout the front yard. He always knows what issues we have and treats those areas with extra treatments. If there is a problem or I see any unwanted bugs, we just give him a call and he comes right back out at no extra costs to us.

Jason is our current technician. He does an excellent job. He listens, asks questions, and then proceeds efficiently and professionally. We are satisfied Bulwrk customers.

We bought a home in 2015 and quickly realized there was a termite problem. We had Bulwark provide the initial service and treatment, and have regularly renewed our warranty on a year to year basis with them since. James Ferguson is our technician and he is always on time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the issues. I will continue to purchase this service and I am extremely satisfied with the company and the technicians.

We had so many spider webs around our house we looked like we had decorated for Halloween. Nick Riley from bulwark came and spent so much time knocking them all down and spraying everywhere! I was so pleased with how it looked after! Thank you Nick for taking them time my house needed!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Have been using Bulwark for 5-1/2 years. I was on a bi-monthly general pest control program at a cost of $72.00 with auto charge to my credit card. 7 months ago, I received the regular e-mail telling me the day and time window the tech would be arriving. Sometimes I was home - sometimes I was not. This did not matter unless I wanted to have the tech spray the interior. This occasion was just outside service and I also happened to be home all day that day. My guard gate texted me that Bulwark was admitted thru the gate. No tech ever showed up at my condo. Within 20 minutes, a charge hit my AmEx for the service performed. I was shocked because no service was performed. It took me about 4 phone calls to find out what was going on. I never did find out exactly what happened but another tech was dispatched the next day. I stopped the auto charge to my AmEx because no one would answer my questions about what happened and why this happened. For all I knew, the other times I was charged for service when I was not home, the tech did the same thing and did not perform the service but I was charged. Also, they never left the service ticket in the door like they were supposed to. In an attempt to retain me as a customer, they offered 2 free treatments and a reduced service rate. This worked until today when the same thing happened. An email was sent yesterday with a service window of 11-2 on 4/27. At 10:50am the security gate sent a text that Bulwark entered the community. He never showed up. I called Bulwark and spoke to a Customer Service person who went off line to check with the tech. She came back and said the tech would call me in 5 minutes. No call. I spoke with one of the managers. He also said he would check with the tech and get back to me shortly. 1.5 hours later - no call. I called and spoke with another Manager and related that this was the 2nd time in 7 months this occurred and the only good thing was that I was not on auto charge so they couldn't have my money. After a long discussion where he said this was not typical, yada, yada, yada, he said he would check into this breakdown in customer service. I ended the relationship then and there and will never use them again. Beware if you use their auto charge feature to your credit card or bank account ... you really should be home when they come to make sure someone actually shows up and performs the service. I would not use this company again nor do I recommend them.

Jason recently replaced our long time technician and we are more than pleased with the job he has done. He is always friendly, punctual and gets the job done and is on his way. We couldn't be happier.

Great, used to have a scorpion problem with another company. Hired Bulwark and haven’t sceen any scorpions for months. Wow!
