Went great Omar was very nice & knowledgeable he knew what he was doing. He explain what he was doing and how the spray can do it job.

The Technician Joseph Beas listen to my concerns and provided excellent thorough service. I felt he went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure my bug issue will be resolved. I have been with Bulwark for over 12 years and anytime I have bug issues especially during the summer they have no problem scheduling a quick turn around to take care of my problems

Chris Pate did a fantastic job. He is always on time and wear booties over his shoe when doing inside.

Can not say enough about this company. They are always here on time and if you need extra service they will do it right then. No reschedule if at all possible. All there personnel are very courteous and go out of there way to make your experience a memorable one. If you call the office they are just as accommodating so the all around job is excellent. Been with them for many years and will not go to anyone else...

Excellent. Austin Munn with Bulwark Exterminating did an outstanding job servicing the exterior of my home. He walked the entire area and made sure to address some ants that I had in the front yard. I use Bulwark every other month and they do an outstanding job. Austin Munn from their team is professional and pleasant.

Michael S was fabulous super nice, professional, and he listened to our concerns. He killed the black widow that was in our backyard and sprayed inside/outside. Would recommend their services to anyone looking to have the house sprayed for bugs! You guys rock thank you so much!

I had a couple of scorpions and Bulwark was able to get a tech to my house the same day. Alejandro did a great job of completely spraying my patio and walls. He also treated on the inside of my patio doors and sprayed for crickets in my irrigation bucket. He was professional and courteous.

Austin Munn did a great job of treating my yard areas ...and garage - for crawling bugs, including scorpions …. plus also did a quick interior treatment.

It was an excellent experience. Nick took the time to address all my concerns. He also gave me tips on how to prevent all types of pests. He did a thorough inspection of my property....as we were going through a dust storm and high windows caused by the monsoon. Very impressed by Nick and Bulwark overall.

The first technician never showed up so I had to call several times. The operators and supervisors I talked to were very nice and tried repeatedly to figure out the problem and resolve it. The original technician finally contacted the company after multiple attempts to find him, stated he showed up at 11:50am (my "window" was supposed to be 8-11am) and I didn't answer the phone or the door. I told the supervisor this was NOT the truth as I had been waiting since 8am for someone to show (by this time it is 1pm). The supervisor Benjamin then called another technician in the area and asked him if he would add me to the schedule as soon as possible and Michael Liddle showed up around 3pm. He was so nice, answered my questions, checked the house and doors and gave me recommendations for prevention, and then he spent time making sure he thoroughly sprayed the entire property. I was so grateful because I was an extra customer for him that day as he was filling in for the tech that didn't show and yet he was so nice and didn't blame or punish me for the extra work and he went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. Thank you SO much Michael !!!!!!

This is the third month William Bowlby has done the perimeter extermination at my house. He is always informative and pleasant and makes sure to ask me if I have any questions or problems or need anything such as inside treatment or glue traps. He always arrives within the specified time and even calls ~30 minutes prior to arriving so I know exactly when he will arrive. I hope he continues to be my technician while working for Bulwark!!
