Very well, as usual, reliable, thorough service. Technician always calls to say he is on the way to our home. Technicians are polite, professional, personable, respectful, courteous and on time.

The last regular scorpion spray was somewhat effective but not 100%. We live in a scorpion belt so we used to see several a day! With Bulwark, we see two or three per season. Nick came for no extra charge for a super treatment and left traps behind. He followed up by telephone a few days later to see how treatment work. It worked great...no scorpions!

We have had Bulwark professionals care for our pest control needs for over two years. The service techs are friendly, professional and provide feedback and instructions as needed. We have had a problem with ants in our bathroom and that was taken care of promptly after we called for treatment in between routine treatment. We have called for signs of termites and, again, the techs were out within 24 hours to retreat and evaluated. Omar is the tech that usually services our home and he is the BEST - accommodating, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Tyler Van Mierco with Bulwark visited my home today for a routine treatment. He was friendly, efficient, quick, clean and explained clearly what’s been going on in the yard. Bulwark is always helpful but particularly appreciated Tyler today. Our property is free of ticks, ants and rats thanks to them.

Austin has worked with my next door neighbor and I to significantly reduce the scorpions around our homes. He calls to give a "heads up" when in route, and is consistently on time dressed in Bulwark's professional uniform. Re-sprays (free) are rarely needed now, but when necessary happen with no hassle. A reliable company with reliable employees!

Nick Z was our technician. He was very professional ,listened to our concerns and did a very thorough job inside and out. Would definitely recommend Nick.

After having called another well-known exterminating company and setting up an appointment to which they did not show and receiving no phone call back when I called asking why the appointment was missed, I called Bulwark. I promptly received a phone call back and the person on the phone was quite knowledgable about issues with ants in our area. The quoted price was also cheaper than the other company. We were able to set up an appointment for within 24 hours. Josh and John were the technicians who came to our house and they were great. They provided a detailed explanation of what they were doing and were willing and able to work around a baby and two small dogs. They were scheduled to arrive at 2, called at 1:30 to say they could be early, and provided prompt service once they were here. We are already seeing fewer ants in our house.

My tech Cory N. did such a good job. He always asks how things have been going and is very responsive to my pest control needs. Goes above and beyond. Very good to see there are still honest hardworking employees and companies

Nathan provided excellent customer service. He called in advance when he was in the area and provided an approximate arrival time. When he arrived, he walked the area with me to focus on the specific problem area and to determine the best method of resolution.

He sprayed everything for possible insects. Was very detailed. This was my first time and I really liked this young man. Answered all my questions and was very professional. Very good job.

Business answered phone on Saturday and arranged for an appointment on Monday. Technician arrived on time. Internal and external areas treated.

Cory N. was the Technician who provided our monthly service. Cory called prior to his arrival to remind us he was on his way. Knowing that my wife has certain expectations (due to our pets), Cory reviewed the service he was going to preform per my wife's wishes. After the service was completed he came back ( I was working in my garage) to ensure all he had done and to verify I did not have additional needs. Cory was the picture of professionalism, providing exceptional customer service. While we have been satisfied with Bulwark for several years, Cory's service and attention to detail left me feeling compelled to write a review. I rate my experience 5 stars! Jerry M.

We have been having an issue with scorpions. Aaron came out to our home today. He is awesome! I can not say the same for the customer service on the phone! However if they continue to send Aaron I will stay with Bulwark!

Michael is awesome! Big smile to greet you when you answer the door! Michael appears to love his job and it’s refreshing to see him get excited about killing bugs :P With his floppy hat and excited vibes he’s like the Indiana Jones of the big killing wod haha anyways Michael is very thourough, he even moved out dog bowls out of the way on the patio to do the spray. He took the time to explain where he was spraying and every time Bulwark leaves you get a receipt with all the chemicals used ans how much was used and where it was sprayed! Talk about the best form of transparency! ; Bulwark is a very professional company, I highly recommend them and I highly recommend asking for Michael as your tech!

My experience with Bulwark is that all employees are punctual, responsive and and professional. Nate Giurlanda was exceptionally thorough though, and although he was working out of area, would please me if he were to become my permanent rep!
