I used Bulwark and bug guy lol his name was Christian and he was extremely polite, professional and he did a great job. Listened my my concerns and worked hard to meet my needs. Great Job Christian.

Called them yesterday and they were able to come out today. Chris was on time (they always are) and he called 30 minutes before he arrived (they always do). He was thorough in finding out what issues we had had, and then addressing them. Bulwark treats our property on a regular basis, but due recent rains, we have seen an increase in bugs - mostly crickets, but also a couple of scorpions hunting them. This was an extra visit from Bulwark, which is part of their service. We recommend Bulwark to anyone who asks.

The service went great! Jason came out and explained exactly what he was going to do, he arrived on time and was very thorough going through the house. He let us know what to do if we found any ants or roaches and gave us tips on preventing them in between services. Our Technician Jason Vogt 030556

Jason Vogt was our technician and he was amazing. I've had trouble with a few of their other technicians and then Jason came along. He clearly knows what he is doing, answered questions, and informed me on scorpion behavior, along with tips to minimize their entry into my home. He went all out on his service and seemed to pay attention to every detail in the area of my home he was treating. He is the by far the best technician I've used and I will request him from now on.

Austin Munn @ Bulwark has been a lifesaver for us! We moved into. New home full of unwanted friends!! The last homeowner had just let the scorpions run wild. I was not okay. I love Bulwark Exterminating & Eric Beascochea is the best!!! I am always referring family and friends to Bulwark because we never find any bugs around our home...until this morning... I found my first bug in the house in a couple of years. Then coincidentally while driving to work I see Eric’s picture on the side of his vehicle as it pulled up next to mine at a red light! He waved and I motioned him to roll down his window and told him we found a bug. He said he could pop over this afternoon if I’ll be home... Now that’s what I call amazing customer service!

Tyler has been our technician for several years now. He always texts and emails us before he comes as to when he's coming. And, he actually comes when he says he's coming. He always rings the doorbell to let us know he's here and to ask if we have any extra concerns this month. I love this company and especially Tyler as he's always so thorough with his work, quick and neat, courteous and punctual. What more can you ask for in a pest exterminating and control company? Casey came out to spray (for free) since we called them in the middle of our spray cycle He always does a great job! He is kind, professional, and knowledgeable! He is the one you want to treat your home.

Bulwark is the only pest control company that has ever successfully addressed and controlled the recurrent ant problem in my home. In addition, Omar was very prompt, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone in a similar situation!

John Crawford is excellent when it comes to customer service. This past visit he was training a new tech, Justin. Justin found two wasp nests in the yard and took care of that for us in addition to assisting John with the pest control treatment. We appreciate that John is always professional when providing the service.
