Went great. Jose was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain what the service included and what to expect. He took the time to answer questions and concerns we have being new to the south west. I’m glad my daughter referred me to your company.

Our service tech Jake Whitfield always does an awesome job when he comes to our treatments. He is very thorough with outside spray, checking for and knocking down spider webs outside and in the garage and thoroughly treating inside when we need it. He is also always friendly and attentive if there was any other concerns we have. It is great having him as our regular service tech!

We've been using Bullwark for our pest control for years. They visit every other month and rarely have we ever had to have them out between treatments. The techs are so friendly and professional. In recent months Nathan Medrano and Jadrein Mundy were our techs and both continue the habit of friendly service with a follow up text message letting us know what kind of treatment they did that day and if there were any areas of concern. Nathan even sent a picture of my vegetable garden with the comment that it was a lovely garden and a reminder that they never treat gardens.

As always, Jake Whitfield does an amazing job with providing our pest control services. Jake exudes a great deal of compassion and professionalism at all times. Jake is aware of my phobias, so I really appreciate the way he goes above and beyond to make sure his service leaves me with a great sense of comfort.

Bulwark Exterminating was referred by a friend to treat our scorpion problem. I was stung this summer and don’t want to go through that again! Brad Bagnall came right on time to our home today after texting to let us know he was on the way, which was much appreciated. He was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. He treated all areas of our home and yard and also gave us some tips and pointers to help with the problem. Nick does a great job on my monthly service. Very thorough spraying the perimeter, courtyards and garage. Also treated for ants in specific areas. Checked all bait boxes for rat activity. Replaced sticky traps in the garage. Checked additional irrigation boxes for rat activity too.

Jackie is very professional, friendly, reliable and prompt. I will get an email from her a few days before appointment letting me know when she will arrive. When she is finished, she sends me a text about the little pests she finds and makes sure they don’t come back! I highly recommend Bulwark and especially Jackie!

We haven’t had any issues with ants or bugs inside since we’ve been using Bulwark. We did recently have extra spider activity outside with some of the storm and weather changes but I called and they came right out between our regular service trips and took care of them! Curtis (Hansen) is great with communication and willing to answer all the questions! In comparison to our last bug company, one thing that I appreciate is that it’s the same person who comes each visit- he remembers our property and anything we’ve asked about (and follows up) rather than having a random rotation. And he always follows up an appointment with a txt on what was done, and any feedback from the service work which is so helpful. They’re good with scheduling and the office is great with communicating too. I’d definitely recommend giving them a call!

Curtis Hansen is a very proactive technician with Bulwark Pest Control. What makes Curtis so very special is that goes beyond the typical service by seeking our input before each treatment to see if any particular issues had arisen that require special attention from a pest eradication purposes. In addition, he does his own inspection of our property line to put added emphasis on potential trouble areas. We are very satisfied customers based on the value added by Curtis and Bulwark.

Excellent He treated heavy today with water activated granules, and placed in hot spots throughout the yard where pests thrive. Also sprayed heavily all perimeter and gravel. M**** in Mundy was courteous and professional. Called ahead to let me know he was on his way.
