Description of Work: sprayed for spiders and other bugs saw the same amount after spraying, when called by this company I informed them that I was not happy. The company send some one to spray again. Will see is the second time is the charm.

Description of Work: Service was performed as advertised. We do not have insect control, and only need such a service only once or twice a year. We don't have so much as an ant left. Will definitely use this company in the future.

Description of Work: Company was a no show for an appointment and i had no numbers to verify after normal business hours. Call the following day and they apologized for the mix -up and rescheduled for the following week. Truck arrived and conducted an exterior pest control during dim light and not the night time service they advertise on their websight. After completion, i asked about the indoor treatment and the $249 package i was promised. I was informed another truck would have to come out and reschedule for another time. I signed the invoice which showed the package price of $249 (approximate cost of package. It was several months ago)and the $79 i was responsible for. They put me on their cutomer list and called me two months later for service. Told them i was not interested in being a customer and how poorly they advertised this night time exterior and interior scorpion hunting package and all i received was an overpriced bug treatment with some D.E. spread along the exterior door jams. I was not going to write this review and just chalk it up to a bad experiance even though the technician and girl at the office was very nice and apologetic I was disappointed with the company and Angies List for this promotion.... also the fact Angies List has sent me multiple emails to review this company and my experiance. I finally gave in.

Description of Work: I contacted them to do a termite inspection. The woman I spoke with switched me to another phone line and I left a message. It was more than 24 hours before someone returned my call. They left me a message which I returned within 3 hours. I never rec'd a return call from them. I called someone else 10 days later!

Description of Work: Good company with a good heart. They really seem to care at this company. Something that is rare these days.
