I had a very unexpected cricket explosion in the back yard. Bulwark responded with in a few days. The technician Cody was extremely easy going and well informed. He explained the full service and set the proper expectation and was extremely contentious of our elderly cat . They are 100% guaranteed. We are signed up for the quarterly service but they will come back out WHENEVER. Although we saw a massive reduction after the first spray, we have them coming back out after 2 weeks to spray a 2nd round to make sure.
