I initially called BOYETT'S RAYNE WATER CONDITIONING to find out more about their leasing program for water softeners and reverse osmosis (RO) systems. They were VERY helpful in explaining their products and took the time to explain every detail of the RO process as well as the water softening process. This is a lease program they have...and I think a very good deal (specifically for the water softener). At the time we got the service it was $30mo for the water softener and $33mo for the RO system. They change the filters in the RO system after six months...and then put an entire new unit every year! They change the salt water system every 5yrs. The installation process was great. Easy to make an appointment and they were very professional. They came out and removed the old RO system and water softener and installed new units in about an hour. The technician was courteous to my wife and answered all of her questions. I would highly recommend BOYETT'S RAYNE WATER CONDITIONING.

As usual, I received calls letting me know the appointment schedule time. I was called to let me know the service technician was on his. Juan was very courteous and punctual. While installing the new system, Juan and I discussed the latest in RO technology and he explained the auto shut off valve which I did not have on my previous system. There are a series of check and signoffs that has always been a Boyette process. I continue to use their services and would recommend them to others.

We originally ordered and utilized the Eliminator B100 from Boyett Family Rayne Water Conditioning. This system worked extremely well and the install was great. When we read of a newer system provided by this company we decided to try it. The Filtersorb Media reduces the hard water scale but does not provide a true and quot;softand quot; water experience. It also removes the chlorine and other chemicals from our water for use. We are pleased with this product. Another great benefit of this system is that it does not use salt or electricity. This system runs with water pressure only. So now we have the ideal system for us! Yay!

I had done my research as to what type of water conditioner I wanted installed in my home. It had to provide good tasting, oder free water at all faucets, it had to waste no water and reduce/eliminate scale build up in my pipes. I spoke to Brian at Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning and he said they had a new system that was being installed in his home but had not installed anywhere else but if I was willing to try it they would install one in my home. We agreed to a date and it was installed very professionally. This new water conditioner exceeds all my expectations to date we have great tasting water, no chlorine oder and I am not dumping 100's of gallons of salt water down the drain. I highly recommend this water conditioning system and Boyett’s Family Rayne Water Conditioning located in Mesa, Arizona.

From arrival to departure I could not have asked or received better customer service. The install team was great! There was no post- install mess for me to clean. These 2 men are to be commended on their performance.

I researched many companies and when my neighbor referred me to Boyett's, I contact Hayden and spoke directly with him about the various options for a soft water system for my new home. We discussed rent vs purchase options and ultimately I decided to purchase the soft water system. The work was scheduled, installer arrived on time and work was completed as promised. Very good experience overall. Since my job was completed, I have referred Boyett's Rayne Water to other neighbors as I feel confident they will experience the same positive experience. It's nice to see a company care so much about their reputation and customers.

I originally contacted them because I needed an RO system and water softener. Over the years I used their service they did followup maintenance, repair and replacement as needed and the owner Hayden gave me great service and always showed me in real terms how much they valued my business.

Promptly returned telephone calls and scheduled service within one week. Offered to rent the units at 9.99 each per month for four months. Will probably purchase after initial rental period for about $1465. Installation went smoothly. Plumber was polite, explained operation adequately, and answered questions.

THEY RESPOND TO OUR CALLS IMMEDIATELY AND SEND SERVICE OUT WITHIN A FEW HOURS. WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.

VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND ONLY TOOK HALF THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD.
