I had them clean and seal my flooring only to find out reputable cleaning services that actually specialized in natural stone floors charged half what Beyond Image Cleaning charged me. When they did this service they did not wait for the floors to dry between the cleaning and sealant. After applying too many coats of sealant in rapid succession the floors had a gooey surface that recorded every track or paw print. They insisted it was my fault for walking on the floors too soon after application. I told them we did not stay in the house or walk on them for 24 hours as they recommended, They refused to repair or even help me without charging me more more money. I had to have another reputable company come in and clean, hone and repair the terrible mess they left me with. It cost me over $5000 in the end.

They charged me $3000 to clean my natural stone floors and re-seal them. Not only did they "miss" the area under the couch and underneath the dining room table, but they neglected to read the manufacturers instructions for the sealant and it resulted in a huge mess of tracks, an area where they actually set their bucket of solution and left me with a floor that is ten times worse than when they started.They called and offered to repair it for another $2500 in fees. They don't believe in customer service or satisfaction.

They are good. The guy came in and did the living room and it looked absolutely perfect when it was done. He had to do something to the carpet to get it super clean. I thought like it was a fair price because the carpet looked brand new after he had finished. Donnie is a great guy to work with. They are just wonderful.
