Our yard started as a train wreck, years of overgrowth in weeds with the lawn having turned to dust/dirt. We now have a beautiful manicured paradise for the kids/dogs to run and play. Ravi and his team completely saw my vision and then surpassed it with the little details, including repairing our broken irrigation systems.

The crew did a great job. Ravi, the owner, was on site every day to deliver product or check in. We reviewed the project daily as to expectations, costs and so on. Yes change orders can happen and all parties involved worked in a resolve for those change orders.

The job went great, but communication could have been better. I did now know the exact day and time they were coming, and I had to ask to find out I would get an invoice.

Balance Landscaping out of Mesa AZ did two projects on my property that included installation of countless pavers, decorative stones, artificial turf, trees, and plants. I could not be more pleased or say enough positive things about Balance Landscaping LLC. I purchased a home, and the backyard was a dirt pit with & rocks with four orange trees. Once I found a design I liked, I called Balance Landscaping LLC. to come over and give me a quote. Matthew came out, looked at the design and the backyard, and discussed the work. Matthew had some excellent recommendations and told me when I could expect the quote; when I reviewed it, it was clear and understandable. I called Matthew to discuss a few final details; Matthew thoroughly explained everything and made sure to disclose the time frame for project commencement. Once the work began, the workers arrived on time and put forth extreme effort and care (in 108-degree weather). When I would look outside to see what was going on, I observed a team that enjoyed working together and was very dedicated to ensuring the outcome was perfect and that I was happy. In this day and age, I thought that the combination of teamwork and customer satisfaction was long gone, but it’s alive and well at Balance Landscape. The landscaping involved grass, gravel, pavers, bricks, sand, boulders, plants, and a fountain. Every item was methodically selected; each boulder was carefully placed according to the plan. There will always be unanticipated obstacles and unforeseen hurdles in any large job. The true mark of a great business is how it handles these situations. In my case, Balance Landscaping LLC. resolved all unanticipated obstacles and wanted to ensure they resolved them to my satisfaction; I challenge anyone to find a company that cares this much about their work and customer satisfaction. The project is complete except for installing a water fountain; I wanted to wait until the work was completed before I bought it to ensure it complemented the landscaping. The backyard looks fantastic, and my neighbors cannot believe the transformation; they are very excited to see the final product once the water fountain is installed (I found one and am waiting to get an install date from Matthew). Do not waste your time getting quotes from other landscape companies; you might find a cheaper company, but you will get what you pay for. Itâ s one of the most hard working team ever worked in my yard. They have absolutely positive attitude even when have them redo part job just because I changed my mind. Hope I could think through and plan better next time. All I want to say is thanks. I feel lucky have have them working for a week. Not cheap but well worth.

Needed a small patch of dirt to be layed with turf in our already finished backyard. Got our estimate done by a guy who had very harsh comments about the company who did the major work, so we expected that Balance Landscaping would definitely meet or exceed our expectations. Not the case. The artificial turf that we were assured would match does NOT match. It isn't secured on one side of the perimeter so that edge is lifted. And it was done so poorly that there are gaps between the edging and where the turf begins. So the majority of our yard looks amazing with vibrant green turf and lush foliage and then there's the eyesore of Balance Landscaping's doing that's off to the side.

Great. Ravi and his crew were very efficient. I wanted to spread sand over the existing pavers and seal them. Ravi advised against sealing the existing pavers as it create a maintenance task going forward to keep them looking good. Even though he lost some work, he gave me great advice.

Ravi basically treated us like family. He is, by far, the most efficient service professional we have worked with. He always responds just about immediately. I call and his "hi" is enthusiastic, like he's happy to hear from me, even though, mostly, when I'm calling, it's because there's more work (and we pay a fixed monthly amount). He gives us weekly service for roughly half of what others quoted. He comes in with a large crew and they work together. Because he uses a larger crew for big jobs, the work is done rapidly. Several other things: 1. I never have any trouble understanding him - on the phone or in person. I don't know where the problem came in that other review. Ravi speaks excellent English and has very clear diction. 2. He really does want the customer to be happy with the work. The first time through, I found a few things that I didn't feel were done the way I wanted and he just kept working until I was willing to sign off on the work. 3. Because we had recently bought the property, the palm trees were very overgrown. When they cleaned/trimmed them, some debree fell into a large swimming pool. They cleaned up the big things immediately but we didn't have a strainer to clean the smaller pieces. Ravi sent someone around the next day with his own strainer so they could leave the pool spotless. 4. When I was trying to rent the house, Ravi and his crew came in on a different day from scheduled just to be sure everything looked great. What I listed above was weekly maintenance including fertilization and weed treatments, mowing, blowing, edging, maintenance of drip irrigation and sprinkler systems for a 1 1/2 acre property.

They did a great job. They trimmed up everything- trees, shrubs, etc. and hauled it all away. He crew worked for 10 hours and took 4 truckloads of debris to the dump! Ravi gave suggestions on plants to remove and what to replace with to add more color to the yard. We are planning on using them for or regular landscape service now.

We don't use them anymore because they got really expensive for no reason at all. They were really not doing a great job so we switched to someone else. We didn't feel like the quality was there and they were way too expensive. The workers were okay and they just did what were supposed to do. There was no attention to detail.

Jackson is excellent. This is the third time I've used his services. I telephoned him and scheduled a time for him to come and he was very accommodating. They arrived a little late but commenced to clear out a lot of overgrowth, trim hedges and trees, including extensive trimming of dead material from a tree. He and his assistant were courteous and thorough, cleaning up after the work very nicely.

Extremely well. Jackson was responsive to my phone call, came and gave an estimate for his work, and showed up in a timely manner. He said it would be more economical for my work to be charged on an hourly basis and his estimate was about 1/10th of another one I had previously gotten for the same work. He had to reschedule because of one conflict but he came right on time at the rescheduled time. He was extremely courteous and started work right away and didn't delay or drag out the work because it was on a hourly rate. He cleaned up the area very nicely afterwards.
