+ 0 moreIt looked good when they put it in. The carpet was just very poor. Always looked dirty and carried stains.
Description of Work: We bought carpet ten years ago from them. It was a stainmaster which we had problems with. Went into the store a few times to talk with them. Unless we kept all paperwork, they would never send stainmaster out to look at the carpet. I would not buy from them again.

Description of Work: The flooring people did a spotless job. There wasn't one error on the job. The only problems we had was the foreman had an attitude problem and the sales person was down right stupid. We would use them again next time we wouldn't use the same sales person or the foreman.

+ 0 moreWe have had them replace sub-flooring and tile in a bedroom and carpeting in a bedroom. We spent approximately $500 on the last project with them. We have used them again and again and find them to be competitive as far as their pricing. The quality of their products has always been very good. We find them to be prompt, accurate and we like them.
Description of Work: We have used Baker Brothers periodically for a bunch of things, over a number of years going back to our pervious home. The last time we used them was a year ago and they replaced carpeting in a bedroom.

+ 0 moreErnie Pascale worked with me on this project and offered great advice. He helped me choose the tile and carpeting and kept an eye out for price. I live in Florida and was in town for one weekend to get this project scheduled. He came out to the house in 2 hours to do the measurements and get the job scheduled. The actual project took one week and the house looks great. The workers left the house (vacant) in good shape, except for the cleaning you would expect after a major flooring installation (dust, extra tiles in the house, etc.). The new flooring makes the house look like new. Baker Bros. also had a great selection of flooring to choose from, which helped me determine what styles and colors would look best in the house. Cost went up a bit because of an extra room that had to be carpeted.
Description of Work: Old carpeting (26 years old) removed from 2,000 square foot house and replaced with 18 x 18 tile in most of the house, carpeting in 3 bedrooms and a family room and indoor-outdoor carpeting in Arizona room.
