Do not use this company; my artificial turf is sinking in spots due to poor design, planning and execution. It is now over 2 months since they came to install my artificial turf and pavers in my backyard and it is already failing. My 6-year-old son was playing on a slip & slide for about 20 minutes when I noticed the water was pooling in a small area next to him. When I walked over to the area, my foot began sinking into the turf approximately 2 inches. I moved the slip & slide and immediately notice small little indentations in the ground where my son’s knees were landing on the slip & slide along with a deep impression of where I just stepped. I immediately texted Jeffery who was my only point of contact. I explained the situation and he responded by telling me “Odd. I will have to get that checked out. No problem. I will get back to you on schedules for getting it fixed. Easy fix. Not common.” 8 days passed and I still have not heard from anyone, I then texted him asking why nobody from his company has showed up and what was going on with the repair. He then responded with the more text message rhetoric. I replied to him to not tell me he was going to fix it and then not fix it to which he responded, “Yo I never stated anything about not handling it”. He then called and reassured me that they company was going to fix it, and that the owner Tracy would call me the following day. The following day Tracy called to tell me that they were going to fix the issue “this one time and were not going to do any further repairs if something like this happens again”. He then proceeded to berate and insult me on how the issue was my problem, that I had bad soil and his company had nothing to do with my issue. I explained to Tracy, and Jeffery before any work began, that my backyard is excavated in a way that allows water to run to the sides of my house and out my front yard to the street to which Tracy said “no it doesn’t”. As if telling I am a liar and he knows how my house was built, very arrogant. I then explained to him that the water flow in my backyard was my biggest issue and that his company had ensure that the installation of the turf and pavers would in no way inhibit the flow of water in my backyard. His employee, Jeffery, guaranteed that would not be an issue. Tracy explained that the water pooled in that location where I stepped and the ground below the turf gave way but not his turf base. I explained that before the installation of the backyard that the water did not pool anywhere and flowed towards the front of the house and now with the installation of the backyard, he has prevented that from happening. Furthermore I explained that the cement used to hold the pavers at the perimeter of my entire backyard was preventing water from moving to the sides of my house and out to the front yard. His installation had essentially created a large pond so now water pools up in areas that it did not before. His team had essentially did the one thing they guaranteed me they would not do. He then told me that he would schedule someone to come out to repair the problem as well as see if there were any other issues they could fix to prevent this from happening again. It has now been almost 5 weeks since I first notified the company of the issue and aside from a few text messages the first day followed by 2 phone calls the following week, I have yet to hear anything in regards to repairing their work. I even called a left a message for Tracy at his office last week and still nothing. I explained to Tracy on our one and only call that my son’s birthday was coming up in 3 weeks and he said he would have it repaired by then. My son’s birthday came and went and this company has yet to show their face around here. All of my family, friends, and neighbors that came over got to see firsthand the poor installation this company did.
