AZ Tree Trimmer

AZ Tree Trimmer does not show up when they say they will (aside from the quote). After a couple of weeks of patience they finally got around to me after delaying a few times. They then proceeded to trim my trees in a manner which I specifically asked them not to in writing and which they themselves advised against because it is stressful to the trees. Luckily, I stopped after they had only screwed up about half of the job. Unfortunately I should have stuck around for the end of the job because they also did not clean up after themselves which just may have been the worst part. I had paid for them to do a full haul away. They did get most of the debris but they trimmed ten trees and not doing a good job picking up left a lot for me to do. My pool, backyard and alley way looked like a large storm had just hit except I've never seen a storm take down full palm fronds. Anyway, I filled two trash cans cleaning my backyard and spent a half hour cursing as I was pulling large debris out of my pool. I asked them to come back and clean the alley way since this was less important. After a month, they claimed they came back to clean the alley but I have before and after pictures that have the same debris in the same exact spots. It irritates that they would lie about this. I eventually had a different landscaper pick up the alley way when they were at my place doing something else so that did cost me some money out of pocket. Would highly discourage you from using this landscaper. Spend a little extra money and save yourself a huge headache. Not only do they do sloppy work, they don't show up when they say they will and I caught them in a lie which is a huge red flag about what other kind of dishonest things they will do. Also, I didn't appreciate how much clean up I had to do myself. If I didn't have pictures, I don't think I would even believe my memory of how much stuff I had to pull out of my pool and how much debris was left in my backyard. Don't fall for a low price, you wind up paying for it one way or another.

I called on Thursday and was surprisingly told that someone would go out to the property and give me an estimate that day via email. I didn't get the estimate so called back to the office on Friday. I was called back later in the day and I gave the go ahead to have the work done on Saturday morning (this time and day was offered, I had not expected such a quick commitment). The window I was given was 9 - 10 AM as Michelle stated that they had another Tempe job before mine. No one ever showed up on Saturday and a call and voice mail to the office later that day went un-returned. On Monday morning before I had the chance to call the office my tenant called to tell me that the tree trimmers were there. Since I had told MIchelle in the office that there was an issue with dogs on the property I was not happy with the missed and then unscheduled appointments. It was just by luck that the dogs had just been brought into the house when the crew showed up. In a world of roaming crews willing to do this job for a fraction of the price I would hope that paying top dollar would allow the ability to schedule work and have it done when expected.
