AZ Roofing Works, LLC

When purchasing our first home AZ Roofing Works was hired to perform a roof inspection and failed miserably. The roof we purchase has a low slope and should not have shingles, a basic observation for any credible roofer but far too much to ask for AZ Roofing Works. They were paid thousands to seal some penetrations in the roof that have found multiple leaks in those same spots since their “workmanship” was complete. Three other companies came out after multiple issues with continued leaks and easily identified we had the wrong kind of roof and that AZ Roofing Works should have identified during inspection. Despite continued complaints and recognition themselves the slope of our roof should not have shingles on it, AZ Roofing Works has fought to not replace our roof properly. We have given up and gone with a much more reputable company due to the lack of integrity and workmanship of AZ Roofing Works. Beware of doing any sort of business with this company, they will go out of their way not to do the right thing when push comes to shove.

They did a great job. They removed a tile roof and installed a new shingle roof, cleaned up the area and left no mess anywhere. I was very pleased with their work and would certainly use them again.

Austin came out and evaluated my client's roofing issue and had a crew out crew out the next day! Fast, fantastic work. I couldn't have had a better experience. Some of the damage was caused by the solar company. He called and got them to admit responsibility, and pay their share of the repair cost! I am a Realtor and use them exclusively because of service like this!

AZ Roofing was timely, professional and courteous while re-roofing a portion of my roof. Initially there was some confusion as to the scope of the work but AZ Roofing stood by there original estimate and did an excellent job installing the roof. I would recommend them to others if you need a new roof or like me just a repair.

Impressed by professionalism and fairness of the estimate, that included approach used to ID the leak source, clear description of proposed scope of repair (w pics), and what would be a change order. A bit of a gap with actual repair crew, but they sent inspector out next couple days, that found an issue and promptly repaired to meet agreed scope of work; This was done without any call or contact on my part, at the quoted cost. Just seemed to be part of their core business.

AZ Roofing works did some repairs to two homes recently... The first was a home we were purchasing. Everything was done very well, handled professionally and was cleaned up when done. My only complaint is that they could have been a little more clear on the fact that the ponding we had on one section can't be fixed without significant changes to the roof. They completed the repairs that the seller requested, but I wish they would have mentioned this one point. They came out a no charge to run through my concerns as the buyer and clarified the warranty time period and explained the life expectancy of the materials. Everything looks great and there have been no problems. The second repair was for a home we were selling. They fixed everything we asked them to do at a great price. They made some adjustments to their schedule to fit us in on very short notice and even came out for a follow up item at no cost. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing repairs or questions you have.

Offered options and we chose to upgrade to a sturdier roof due to the fact it is performs as a terrace for the master bedroom. Work seems to have been done well with no issues and without much delay, even due to some monsoon storms in area. Communicated well with work and scheduling concerns.

It went well. There were some issues, but they were accountable, with a high quality work.

They showed up promptly and did all of the agreed-upon work on the date agreed upon and the work was quickly completed. The roof did develop a leak during the monsoon season this past summer. Once notified of the leak, they honored the warranty and reworked the affected area. The overall rating reflects the fact that a repair needed to be made, but so far, I feel this is a good company.
