Description of Work: AZ Bath and Shower is not answering its phone, and apparently is also not returning messages. In mid-October we left them a message requesting information about refinishing our bathtub. Two days later our call was returned (thank you! -- only time!) by a friendly man who answered our questions and let us know about how much it would cost to fix the tub. We agreed that I would call back in a day or so if we decided to hire them. We did, but when I called back to make an appointment no one answered. I left a message and waited a couple of days without hearing back from them. I left another message, and then another. Over the course of about ten days we left 8 or 9 messages. We tried reaching them on weekdays during business hours, then evenings, then weekends, all without success. At first we were frustrated and a little annoyed. Then we worried that something might be wrong on their end, and hoped everyone was OK. Then we were back to feeling frustrated and annoyed. Three weeks later now we've finally hired another Angie's List contractor to do the work. The company returned my call within the hour, and were able to fit us in within a few days. Refreshing. I hope all is well at AZ Bath and Shower, and that others who call them based on the good reviews of their work are actually able to make contact with them. -- Amy Johnston, Gilbert

 + 0 moreExcellent job. Technician did a great job in refinishing the tub part of the shower then installed a nice frame less shower enclosure. He did a very good job with the installation - looks very nice and no leaks!

 + 0 moreI found them on Angie?s List and thought that they must be good. They did quite a bit of work and they really worked hard. They were good to work with and they did a really good job. They were very conscientious. There was a little speck of glue or something that had been left back, and they just ran right over and cleaned even that up. It took them about 5 or 6 days to finish the job. The quality of work was exceptional. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.
Description of Work: We used AZ Bath & Shower to take out a tub for us and replace it. In that process they pointed out that the wall behind the shower in that bath was really bad, and so they replaced the wall board and then did the tiling.
