 + -1 moreAlberto thoroughly inspected a property of approx. 1350 sq ft. Top to bottom, attic etc. Appliances, electrical, plumbing. Everything that is required. He is State Certified. He did a wonderful thorough job.
Description of Work: I have used Alberto on two recent occasions for home inspections. On the first inspection Alberto found a faulty electrical panel and advised me it needed to be replaced. The sellers refused to do so and that contract was canceled. Alberto is a great guy to work with, very thorough and does a wonderful job. He points out every detail of even minor work that needs to be fixed. You are emailed (and given a hard copy) of the complete report with pictures. He will also email to your Realtor or anyone else you request. He will also arrange termite inspection for you. Great experience.

 + -1 moreHe did a very thorough job, and the price was reasonable as well. I was thankful that he was so honest and looked through everything so well. I was pleased with the evidence that he came up with and the conclusions on the house. They are reliable and very professional.
Description of Work: He came and did a home inspection on a three bedroom 1500 square foot house.
