ARMER CORP.

MY AC was out for three weeks and the company that the warranty company assigned me to did not know what they were doing. They wanted unsafe modifications made to my attic to get the unit in. After unbelievable frustration I was able to get the warranty company to switch me over to Armer. Within one week they installed my new system. No modifications were needed. They were all nice and communication was great. The two young men that installed did a great job and a month later, I have AC running. Thank you for coming in and making this happen!

It's been a while since I used them, over a year. There was nothing bad but I don't remember anything positive.

The serviceman was running late, but I was notified before the scheduled time. He worked get the job done and when he didn't have the correct part, he went and got one. Installed everything correctly and thoroughly. Even though he was in a hurry off to his next appointment, answered few additional questions that I have had. Would use again.

It was not as good as I would have liked. It was useless. I needed him to look at a drain. He put a hanger down my drain my drain and found some hair. He charged me way to much. He did two drains. I was very disappointed. He did do what he was supposed to. It took him five minutes to fix. He came out right away after I purchased the big deal. I would not use them again.

They came out a week ago and I spent $160 with him. They're very prompt, very fair, they explained everything, they're very professional and very clean. They did not make a mess or anything. We've had him back after that for several different problems.

Adam is extremely well versed in his trade and does a very good job. He fixed a toilet that other plumbers said was unfixable. He found my sewer outlets in front of the house. He is my plumber of choice.

We found Amer with a Big Deal on Angies List. The price was for maybe an hours worth of work. They showed up on time, replaced the outdoor faucet (spigot?) which was leaking (spraying) really bad. They did something else for us (which I can't recall). Then my third request was to get his thoughts on what to do with a single lever shower control that had Hot and Cold backwards. Hot was cold and cold was hot. He looked at the age and model of shower level etc. Then said yes he could take it apart. It was probably a mixer valve (or something like) and try to flip the mixer it over. However, given the age (<13yrs old) and hard water... chances are good that it may break in the process. If it did break then that may cost a bit more. So he'd be happy to do it of course, or if there aren't any other problem with it (no leaking etc.) then I might want to wait until the next time it needs to be worked on / replaced. But it was my choice. I appreciated his honesty and giving me options rather than just plowing forward and possibly running up the bill. I think this shows some integrity, professionalism and caring about the customer. Great job Amer Corp. Keep up the good work! I will definitely use Amer Corp again.

It was fine. We have had no problems with them. We only worked with Adam; he is great. With regard to price, I think that they are reasonable.

It turned out very well! He came out immediately after I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain to us what he was doing. We were satisfied with what he did. The toilet still works!

I contacted Adam's office staff via email to schedule repairs to be made at our rental home based on his excellent Angie's List reviews. They were prompt and courteous, as was his service to the tenant. Our tenant is a young professional and has always given us feedback on any folks that we've had do work in the home. She found Adam to be prompt, professional, trustworthy, and complete. I found his responsiveness, price, and ability to solve the problem to be on target. I also appreciated the fact that he was able and willing to let me know what services were performed by phone. His office staff were friendly and prompt with getting me the invoice. We have since called them back for additional work. Unfortunately, it was work that they don't do. However, they referred us to a company with whom they have worked it the past -- who completed the job promptly and at a fair price. I would MOST DEFINITELY call Adam again!

Everything went fine, until I asked that he replace the shutoff gate valves with 1/4 turn valves. He eemurred saying that would be another hour's work and I would have to pay extra. I had a different plumber install similar fixtuires and the valves in two hours for two basins. When I asked about this I was told that this was their standard practice, and the technician was not happy with the coupon arrangement that he claimed was set up by Angie's List without input from the company. While the work was done professionally, I was surprised that he wanted another hour to install the two valves and that I got this story about disagreement between the AL sales department and his company.

Did a great job... only charged me the cost of the coupon as my work was more "handyman' than plumber skill level. Very nice young man, very apologietic about running late due to big issues he ran into on other jobs that day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. By the way, your sunglasses are still on entry table if you wonder where you left them!

I’ve used him 5 or 6 times in the last year. They are very cooperative. They are very polite and on top of things.

Their customer service was excellent, they arrived promptly and got the job done well. They cleaned up a good bit of the mess associated with a leaking, corroded water heater in a corner of a workshop (because of its location, we didn't notice right away that it had gone bad. They gave us great advice on the best unit to use, and we've been very happy with it.

The reason I chose Armer is because of other Angies List reviews...especially the one that highlighted the company's honest assessment of an a/c problem when another company wanted to replace the whole compressor. Once we negotiated the inspection price (I have two a/c's so it was about double the advertised amount - an oversight on my part) things went well. I basically followed Adam around the house (outside, attic, and downstairs A/C in utility room) watching what he did and asking a bunch of questions. He was very thorough, removing access panels, inspecting condensation areas, and using a multimeter to show me a potential weakness w/ the run capacitors. He answered all my questions and continues to do so via email even weeks after the service has been completed. We have only been in this house for a year so it was important that I learn as much as I could about what kind of system we have. I trust Armer and will definitely go to them for any future A/C service. I hope this review has been helpful.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good. I felt like they didn't rip me off because they didn't do anything unnecessarily.
