Arrived ontime on a Saturday morning, identified bad breakers, replaced and restored power for my tenants.

They were a great match for my outlet upgrades.

We had Mike install 3 ceiling fan boxes and switches, wiring, etc. on June 1 2012. First - Mike & crew showed up on schedule. (always a plus) Second - he stuck by his original quote, even after seeing the job would take a more work than initially planned, due to limited ceiling access (flat roof area). Third - we asked him to quote some addtional work, which we we had him do at the time. As part of that, they had to drive to the home-supply store to get addtiional parts - which they did at not extra cost. Qualty scored knocked down slightly because we tripped a circuit breaker after they left - which they fixed on a Sunday morning.

I went on to the Service Magic website in the middle of the night, following outage of electrical service due to water damage to the electrical box. I got a call from Mark before 7am, he was at the property by 8:30, and he had the problem fixed (new electrical box, breakers and wiring) the same day, despite challenges with the box size and the electric company. Fantastic service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Michael quickly diagnosed our minor problem when we thought it was a very major thing. We had also been told by our pool man that they would have to dig up our underground power lines to find a break in the lines. We mentioned it to Michael and he was able to check for a short in 2 seconds. He saved us a fortune and was very prompt, respectful, honest and we would gladly give him a 5 star rating.
