Dishonest once you give them your money. Do not rent with them. The movers Manny and Carl were great. The only issue was that their truck broke down in the parking lot after getting all the items in. We had to wait for a mechanic for 3 hours in the heat. The general manager stopped by and apologized and promised that they would honor a discount for the situation. Days go by and couldn't get ahold of the GM. I finally got ahold of them and they offered a measly 10% of our expensive bill. Would not do business with them again and suggest you do the same.

Don’t hire this company for a local move if you care about whether you get your household items back, don’t want to take over 30 hours to move from start to finish and like sleeping on the floor due to moving trucks needing serious maintenance. I hired AZ Reliable Movers for a local move from Queen Creek to Chandler. They were scheduled to show at 2pm on Thursday, Nov. 29. At 3:15 pm, Gary, the lead mover showed up. I began showing him through my old home, I had already packed most every room, except the kitchen and the master closet. He immediately was shocked to hear his crew was expected to pack my kitchen. So, I gave him directions to the Walmart 5 minutes away from my old home.and he left to get packing materials and boxes. An hour later, Gary returned and one of his crew showed up. During the next 2 hours not a lot got packed but a couple pizza were delivered to the crew. Another crew member showed up. From 7:30pm to 10:30pm, they seem to be getting ready to head to my new home. But wait, Gary proclaimes the moving truck has no headlights or cab light, so the furniture and household goods were going nowhere. Promising to finish packing my old house first thing the next morning, I gave Gary my garage door opener. With everything pack on the truck or in the garage, I ended up sleeping on the floor at my new home. The next morning, I text to ask if they were on their way to Chandler, the reply was “almost”. After texting and calling all day, they finally showed up at 6:30pm (28 hours after my move started). They started bringing in the furniture and boxes and I was directing main floor or upstairs. Suddenly, I realized I hadn’t seen anyone for over 30 minutes. I went outside to see some of the furniture and boxes were still in the truck being sat on as the crew drank beer. I always believed the beer party didn’t start until after the work was finished. They finally finished, charging me more than double the original quote. Over the next few days, I realized about a third of my kitchen was missing, my 10-piece T-Fal pots and pans ($110), electric wok ($62), all my vintage Pyrex Cranberry glass baking pan (2 loaf pans ($30), 9” square ($30), 7” and 12” rectangle pans ($50), and roast pan ($30)). My vintage Pyrex Amber glass baking pans (3 mixing bowls ($50), My grandma’s INHERITED (2) Mid-century Silver Casserole Holder Stand w/ 10" Glass Pyrex Bowl ($140), (2) silver pie pan holders with 9” Pyrex pans ($120) and silver casserole holder w/12” rectangle glass Pyrex (($70) (PRICELESS). The base for my Mr. Coffee Iced Tea maker ($32) and 2 oven mitts and 2 hot pad holders ($15). Moving on to other household goods, my 2-in-1 Convertible Hand Truck ($90), my large folding bamboo fan hand painted, brought back from Korea by me ($55). For a total cost of $1,064, including tax and shipping, if I could replace everything. The sentimental value PRICELESS. Some of these items were given to me by my late husband, some inherited, some souvenirs from foreign travels. I had gone back to my old home, but the cabinets were empty, so everything did get packed. I had to hire a handyman to finish the work the movers were to do, put fountain together, carry boxes of tile upstairs to balcony, switch dryer door to open on right ($99). How can a company steal from a veteran and widow on a limited income??

I was disappointed from the beginning as the movers showed up late, outside of my 2 hour window. They showed up with a truck that did not fit all of my items. I had to go back to the old house and move the rest of my items by myself. They damaged a wall in my new house and didn't tell me. I pointed it out to them and they said sorry we were going to tell you. They did not offer compensation or to fix the wall. Lastly, one of the movers was sweating so bad and was dripping sweat all over my house and my items. I was very disappointed it them. It took them 7 hours to move 95% of my items. The office has not returned my call since calling them mid move to find out what we do because they didn't send a truck large enough.
