+ -1 moreTechnician came to do safety check and fill tank. Did safety check then just left property with no notice. Did not fill tank. Simply placed a note on tank that says it needs a new fill valve. NO notice to me the owner. Then charged my credit card $145.00 - when they told me it was only going to be $89.00 for safety check. They did refund me the difference after I complained. This company is run by Morons, and they use incompetent technicians. STAY AWAY!

+ -1 moreNot well. The office staff seem confused. I had an appointment for delivery and waited several hours and heard nothing. So I called the office and asked if they were still coming and after being put on a very long hold was told they don't deliver to my are on Thursday. They could come out the next day, but I didn't have another day to spend waiting. No apology so I cancelled the inspection and moved on.

+ 0 moreVery smooth. They assisted in getting local building permit. Arrived on time and completed work as promised. On building inspectors first inspection gas line was found not to be holding pressure. Arizona Propane responded right away and fixed line.

Description of Work: Exchanged out two existing smaller propane tanks for one larger that they filled and added a line that ran to the kitchen so we could replace the impossible-to-cook-on electric stove with a gas one.

The service tech Ray was one of the best people I've met that has come to our home to work for a service company. Everything was explained clearly and done neat and clean. People in the office in scheduling ans billing were very friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say at all.
Description of Work: Replaced and rerouted the propane lines after my old spa heater fried and was replaced by another pool company that did perform do propane gas work.

We can service most tank sizes and do basic bubble leak checks after every delivery to ensure your tank and regulator are free of any safety concerns. If you do experience any trouble, our trained service team has years of experience and will make any and all necessary repairs to ensure that your equipment is operating safe and efficiently. We also have a full Sales team to meet your Propane needs.
The only Propane appliance we do not repair are fire features and we only do RV and Motor-coach repairs in our Mesa Yard.
